Lovely staff, great hotel, great facilities
Pros:

Alessandro was welcoming the moment we walked into the hotel and made our stay lovely. The breakfast was fantastic and the pool and lounging area is also great. The rooms are lovely and the hotel is so clean. I went with my girlfriend at the beginning of July and really enjoyed my stay. All of the staff could not be friendlier

Отдых в этом отеле оставил у нас исключительно тёплые и приятные впечатления. Здесь действительно умеют заботиться о гостях и создавать атмосферу, в которую хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Особенно хочется отметить менеджеров Adzuro и Ivan. Это настоящие профессионалы своего дела — внимательные, добрые, отзывчивые и всегда готовые помочь. Они постоянно были на связи, оперативно отвечали на все вопросы, учитывали наши пожелания и делали всё возможное, чтобы отдых прошёл максимально комфортно. Благодаря их искреннему участию и доброжелательному отношению мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями, а по-настоящему желанными людьми.

Отдельную огромную благодарность хочется выразить управляющему отелем. Видно, что он вкладывает много сил и души в свою работу. Всё в отеле организовано на высочайшем уровне: персонал работает слаженно, любые вопросы решаются быстро, а в каждой детали чувствуется внимание к гостям. Именно благодаря грамотному руководству в отеле царит такая приятная, спокойная и дружелюбная атмосфера.

Особых слов восхищения заслуживает шеф-повар. Каждое блюдо было приготовлено великолепно, красиво подано и обладало превосходным вкусом. Посещение ресторана каждый раз становилось настоящим гастрономическим праздником. Чувствуется высокий профессионализм, талант и любовь шеф-повара к своему делу.

Также искренне благодарим весь персонал ресторана. Все сотрудники были очень вежливыми, внимательными, заботливыми и доброжелательными. Обслуживание всегда было быстрым и профессиональным, а искренние улыбки сотрудников создавали особенно тёплое настроение.

Большое спасибо всему коллективу отеля за профессионализм, доброту, гостеприимство и заботу. Благодаря вам наш отдых стал по-настоящему незабываемым. С удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель и обязательно постараемся вернуться сюда снова!

Entspannter Aufenthalt, zu wenig Leistung für den hohen Preis.

Die Unterkunft, die Bar sowie die Poollandschaft sind sehr einladend.
Das Zimmer war gross, sauber, gut klimatisiert, jedoch ein wenig karg ausgestattet.
Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist äusserst gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich.
Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns soweit gut gefallen, dennoch sehen wir einiges Verbesserungspotential in den Serviceleistungen.

Cons:

Wir sind Vielreisende und haben doch einige Serviceangebote vermisst, welche in Hotels dieser Kategorie üblich sind. Im Hotel Bianco Riccio verbrachten wir 7 Nächte.
Wir hätten es geschätzt, wenn wir täglich eine Wasserflasche aufs Zimmer bekommen hätten, eine Wasserflasche gab es lediglich beim Anreisetag. Etwas frisches Obst zur Begrüssung würden wir ebenfalls als Standard bei einem gehobenen Hotel betrachten, auch diese kleine Aufmerksamkeit fehlte. Ebenso hätten wir ein vielfältigeres Frühstückbuffett geschätzt, ein frischer Orangenjus und diverse zubereitete Eierpeisen sollten ebenfalls im Preis enthalten sein, das war jedoch nicht so.
Die Annehmlichkeiten im Bad (Wattepads, Ohrstäbchen…) sollten ebenfalls täglich aufgefüllt werden, auch dieser Service scheint uns verbesserungsfähig.
Ebenso wäre es wünschenswert, wenn das Servicepersonal regelmässiger Getränkebestellungen rund um den Pool entgegen nehmen würde.

Great stay at Bianco Riccio
Pros:

We had such a lovely time at Bianco Riccio — honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Everything about it just worked, and we left feeling so relaxed and happy we picked this place.

Our room was awesome — big, spotless, and just really comfortable. You could tell the cleaning staff actually cared, because it looked perfect every single day, no matter when we got back.

But honestly, the best part was the people. Alessandro was fantastic — so friendly, helpful and always had great suggestions for us and helped us make reservations in advance. And Yusupha was amazing too, always friendly and made us feel so welcome the whole time we were there.

Between the great room and the amazing staff, the location, and the delicious breakfast, Bianco Riccio was just a great choice all around. We’d definitely go back.

Sehr grosszügige Zimmer, Meerblick wunderbar, unbedingt empfehlenswert; Frühstück und Apéritif auf dem Dach (Rooftop) ist genial. Grosszügiges Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet sogar für Glutenintoleranz. Das Nachtessen im neu eröffneten Restaurant ist sehr gut, der Koch geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Das gesamte Personal ist äusserst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, eine sehr familiäre und professionelle Atmosphäre.
