Bianco Riccio Suite Hotel

This was the PERFECT spot in Puglia! Great location, not very far from anywhere we wanted to go! Our 2 rooms were pristine - very comfortable, great air conditioning, everything we could want. The atmosphere was exceptional - it felt like walking into a spa upon arrival. We received constant communication from Alessandro and his staff before and during our trip, including an invitation to watch the World Cup Final from their rooftop restaurant our first evening. The value was great - it was recommended we get 2 adjoining rooms for optimal comfort for our family of 3, and we don’t regret the investment based on the value we got one bit! Morning breakfasts with the seaside view were amazing. The little town was wonderful for dinners, crowd watching, gelato, and wine! Probably the best part of our stay was the attentiveness of Alessandro’s staff. Anything we wanted, they delivered. Transportation from the train station and back to the airport. Car service to a restaurant. Renting a car for a day. Beach club or Masseria reservations. Laundry. There wasn’t one thing they couldn’t accommodate, and made us feel taken care of no matter how many times we asked for help. I would stay here again as our Puglia base again in a heartbeat, and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

Great experience at the Bianco Riccio Suite Hotel. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. The location is by the sea and central to visiting the beautiful Puglia landmarks. Clean beautiful rooms , a nice pool area to unwind after a busy day and the breakfast terrace on the rooftop is exceptional. The manager is very welcoming and makes sure you have the best experience during your stay. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bianco Riccio and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Puglia.

The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout, with stylish, comfortable rooms that were kept spotless. We really appreciated the complimentary bottled water replenished each day – a thoughtful touch, especially during the summer heat.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. It was particularly nice to see the manager visible every day, taking the time to check in with guests and ensure everyone was enjoying their stay. That personal attention made a real difference.

The pool area is lovely, with a relaxed atmosphere and attentive bar staff who were always on hand for drinks and snacks. Breakfast offered a good selection and was an enjoyable start to each day. The only small improvement would be if all menu items were included, rather than some being available at an additional charge.

The location is excellent for exploring the stunning Adriatic coastline and nearby towns such as Ostuni, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Having free on-site parking was another big advantage and made getting around very easy.

The rooms are spacious and nice. They have a beautiful rooftop for breakfast with beautiful views. And the staff are all very helpful.

Alessandro was welcoming the moment we walked into the hotel and made our stay lovely. The breakfast was fantastic and the pool and lounging area is also great. The rooms are lovely and the hotel is so clean. I went with my girlfriend at the beginning of July and really enjoyed my stay. All of the staff could not be friendlier

We just left after five days. We travelled all over the region and stayed here. I can see why it’s #1. Even before we arrived they arranged our rental car and a pick up from our hotel in Sorrento. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very accommodating. Anything we needed they were there. Our room was totally good with a balcony overlooking the pool. Pool area and gym were both great too. We would definitely stay here again.

All staff are very polite and helpful. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good size and air conditioning works well.

Они постоянно были на связи, оперативно отвечали на все вопросы, учитывали наши пожелания и делали всё возможное, чтобы отдых прошёл максимально комфортно. Благодаря их искреннему участию и доброжелательному отношению мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями, а по-настоящему желанными людьми.

Отдельную огромную благодарность хочется выразить управляющему отелем. Видно, что он вкладывает много сил и души в свою работу. Всё в отеле организовано на высочайшем уровне: персонал работает слаженно, любые вопросы решаются быстро, а в каждой детали чувствуется внимание к гостям. Именно благодаря грамотному руководству в отеле царит такая приятная, спокойная и дружелюбная атмосфера.

Особых слов восхищения заслуживает шеф-повар. Каждое блюдо было приготовлено великолепно, красиво подано и обладало превосходным вкусом. Посещение ресторана каждый раз становилось настоящим гастрономическим праздником. Чувствуется высокий профессионализм, талант и любовь шеф-повара к своему делу.

Также искренне благодарим весь персонал ресторана. Все сотрудники были очень вежливыми, внимательными, заботливыми и доброжелательными. Обслуживание всегда было быстрым и профессиональным, а искренние улыбки сотрудников создавали особенно тёплое настроение.

Большое спасибо всему коллективу отеля за профессионализм, доброту, гостеприимство и заботу. Благодаря вам наш отдых стал по-настоящему незабываемым. С удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель и обязательно постараемся вернуться сюда снова!

Die Unterkunft, die Bar sowie die Poollandschaft sind sehr einladend.
Das Zimmer war gross, sauber, gut klimatisiert, jedoch ein wenig karg ausgestattet.
Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist äusserst gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich.
Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns soweit gut gefallen, dennoch sehen wir einiges Verbesserungspotential in den Serviceleistungen.

Me and my friend shared a room here for 5 nights and it was a fantastic stay. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool view we had was very cute as well.

The hotel manager Alessandro helped organize the transfers to and from the hotel / airport and their hotel driver Omar was amazing and drove us 2-3 times everyday!! We utilized his services rather than renting a car and worked out well.

The breakfast that is included in the rate is wonderful and their rooftop overlooking the town is gorgeous.

Definitely will be back and already miss it.

We spent ten days at this lovely hotel celebrating our wedding anniversary. The hotel is in an upmarket seaside hamlet and ideally situated to visit all the major sites. There is a pretty habour with excellent seafood restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, Alessandro and the team were all very welcoming. BA lost one of our suitcases for three days. The reception team went above and beyond trying to track it down for us and provided assistance with buying clothes to tide us over. We were upgraded to a sea view room when Alessandro found out about our anniversary. Breakfast is served in the roof top restaurant and offered a great selection of food . We were so glad to have found this hidden gem and will certainly be back soon.
