Amazing hotel in a great location and super friendly staff
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so incredibly welcome. The location is absolutely brilliant, the staff are wonderfully friendly, and the manager went above and beyond to look after us throughout our entire stay.We were thrilled to be upgraded to pool-view rooms, and they made sure our whole family was kept together, which made our trip even more special. Enjoying breakfast every morning with those amazing views was unforgettable.We honestly couldn't fault a single thing. This trip gave us wonderful family memories that we will treasure forever. Hotel has an excellent very helpful staff. Ivan and Mariangela were so helpful in everything.

A home from home
Pros:

It’s one of those places where it’s more than a hotel, it was like a second home to us. Alessandro (the hotel manager and main man) became a close friend by the end of our stay. Then the owner, Mr. Richards and his son Pierluigi were simply the nicest people you could ever meet. We had excellent service from both Francesco’s (barman and chef). I’m a very hard man to please when staying somewhere because I’ve always been used to luxury. Puglia is one of those places that doesn’t really do luxury, but what they do have is stunning locations and a slower more rustic, traditional way of life. Alessandro helped me organise my trip and each day me and my family had something fun to do. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

The breakfast selection definitely needs some improvement but that’s just because I’m fussy.

Perfect Puglia Location!
Pros:

This was the PERFECT spot in Puglia! Great location, not very far from anywhere we wanted to go! Our 2 rooms were pristine - very comfortable, great air conditioning, everything we could want. The atmosphere was exceptional - it felt like walking into a spa upon arrival. We received constant communication from Alessandro and his staff before and during our trip, including an invitation to watch the World Cup Final from their rooftop restaurant our first evening. The value was great - it was recommended we get 2 adjoining rooms for optimal comfort for our family of 3, and we don’t regret the investment based on the value we got one bit! Morning breakfasts with the seaside view were amazing. The little town was wonderful for dinners, crowd watching, gelato, and wine! Probably the best part of our stay was the attentiveness of Alessandro’s staff. Anything we wanted, they delivered. Transportation from the train station and back to the airport. Car service to a restaurant. Renting a car for a day. Beach club or Masseria reservations. Laundry. There wasn’t one thing they couldn’t accommodate, and made us feel taken care of no matter how many times we asked for help. I would stay here again as our Puglia base again in a heartbeat, and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

Beautiful hotel in Savalletri Puglia
Pros:

Great experience at the Bianco Riccio Suite Hotel. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. The location is by the sea and central to visiting the beautiful Puglia landmarks. Clean beautiful rooms , a nice pool area to unwind after a busy day and the breakfast terrace on the rooftop is exceptional. The manager is very welcoming and makes sure you have the best experience during your stay. Highly recommended.
