Pros:

Très belle chambre, propre, confortable et agréable. Chaque jour, nous avons bénéficié d’une grande bouteille d’eau offerte ainsi que de petites attentions, avec des biscuits déposés dans la chambre le soir.
Nous avons également eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, sur une jolie promenade en bord de mer, juste en face de la plage. Le centre d’Eivissa est accessible en 15 à 20 minutes à pied. De nombreux restaurants et supermarchés se trouvent également à proximité.
Le rooftop est très agréable, mais interdit pour les moins de 16ans. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine en bas accessible a tous.
Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et de qualité. Le personnel, a toujours été souriant, attentionné et disponible pour répondre à nos demandes.
Une très belle expérience, que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Cons:

Rien. Il y avait un problème de jointures certainement entre la douche et le WC car l'eau s'écoulait a travers la séparation..

Pros:

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to Ibiza town. The room was very large, well equipped with great sea view. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff with a nice place to eat and drink on the roof.
Pros:

The roof terrace and lobby area were nice places to relax. The room was airy; even though the bedroom might feel claustrophic if you closed the sliding doors, it wasn't.

Cons:

The bathroom layout should be more conventional.

Loved Berenice she was so helpful and made our stay really pleasant.
Pros:

I really loved working with Berenice the concierge lady she was so sweet and helpful in finding boat rides and restaurants for us. Lucia at the beginning of the stay she knew we didn’t like the position of our room and she immediately fixed the problem by changing it. So we were really happy with the whole experience.

A fabulous hotel, central location, impeccable service from the whole staff team. Thank you for everything.
Pros:

We had a suite on the second floor. Amazing room and great sea views. Lovely touches included with this room like free airport transfers, gift bag with fan, beach towel and slippers inside just made it even more special. Reception staff, concierge, housekeeping and driver were all so professional and pleasant. They catered to our every need and gave great recommendations for things to do during our stay. It was for a 50th birthday and we ordered a cake and cava package which was there for our arrival. Pool area and the rooftop bar were fabulous. Views and lovely food, reasonably priced. Loved the styling of the hotel rooms and communal areas. They have thought of everything and it is spotless. Easy walk to Ibiza town and to clubs/beach clubs in playa d’en bossa. We had bad weather for a few days but didn’t spoil our stay as we loved hanging out in the room and watching the thunderstorms. My flight home was later than the rest of my party and hotel allowed me to have the room until 8pm with no extra charge. That is unheard of and was so appreciated, especially as flights were all delayed due to the weather. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit pricey for us but would be worth it if you like a big breakfast and paid for the whole stay upfront. We had it one day and it was excellent quality but preferred to go out in the morning to different cafes nearby for a smaller snack and coffee.

All round excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent modern hotel with great staff who were most helpful - prime seafront location about 15 minutes walk to the centre and to the old town. Super roof top pool and bar with amazing views out to sea.

Tout particulièrement la gentillesse et la disponibilité des équipes : à chaque instant, des personnes souriantes, attentionnées et toujours prêtes à nous aider. Le confort de la suite, la superbe vue sur la mer et la qualité des prestations ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel. Nous venons régulièrement à Ibiza, au printemps et à l’automne, et c’est pour nous la plus belle expérience hôtelière sur l’île. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !

Cons:

Très difficile de trouver quelque chose…Peut-être le check out trop tôt, mais comme partout.
