Brutta esperienza

Cons:

Inizialmente tutto bene , ci dicono che la camera è pronta. Poi cambiano idea, poi ci lasciano ad aspettare senza motivo . Reclamo ma non c è nessun direttore. Rompono la nostra valigia e iniziano altre discussioni che non sto nemmeno a spiegare. Una vergogna . Incapacità di risoluzione e personale ostile. Evitate questo posto.

stanze grandi, posizione ottima, pulitissima, 2 piscine molto accoglienti. Panorama bellissimo , davanti la spiaggia, bar sempre aperto, parcheggio disponibile a pagamento

le ragazze della reception, davvero mi chiedo come si possa affidare una struttura cosi’ a delle ragazzine confuse. Arrivo ed avevo prenotato una notte, gli dico se potevo estendere il soggiorno per la seconda notte, mi rispondono che non lo sapevano e che avrei dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo . Quindi vado su booking e prenoto la seconda notte, poiche’ disponibile. Stessa tariffa, stessa camera. Scendo alla reception e mi fanno una storia, che io avevo avuto l’ upgrade (cosa che non mi aveva detto nessuno al check in) e che loro non sapevano, se avrei potuto tenere quella stanza. A parte, per quei prezzi, che modo e’ di trattare il cliente? Come si puo’ pretendere che uno aspetti la mattina, per sapere se deve fare la valigia o no? Proprio zero professionalita’

Amazing location and stunning view
Pros:

Prefect location, few steps from the beach/sea, many bars and restaurants nearby and ferry to/from Formentera on your doorstep. The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional, the hotel is new, well decorated and has really good facilities. Room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable - amazing views and food on the terrace.

Pros:

One of the best hotels — with some of the best service — that I have ever experienced. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The beds were extremely comfortable, the internet connection was excellent, and the rooftop pool with its stunning views was truly a highlight of the hotel. The property is located directly on the beach, and the views from the rooms were absolutely beautiful.
I would especially like to praise the staff and service, which were exceptional throughout our stay. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday during this trip, and the hotel prepared an amazing surprise for her — sparkling wine, snacks, and balloons in the room.
Highly recommended — we would happily stay here again.

Un séjour agréable
Pros:

La vue depuis les chaises longues, la piscine et le restaurant sur le rooftop, la cuisine savoureuse, le petit déjeuner délicieux et varié, le personnel attentionné.

Cons:

Le bruit la nuit dans les étages à cause de clients qui rentrent, parlent fort et claquent la porte de leur chambre. Une personne a tambouriné très fort à une porte voisine à 4h du matin et cela m'a réveillée et je n'ai pas réussi à me rendormir. Le canapé du salon n'est pas confortable car beaucoup trop dur.
