Good breakfast, rooms need updating and better cleaning

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Good massages available at the spa

Cons:

The pool is closed for renovations - this was the main reason I picked this hotel other overs the city. Would echo other reviews about the standard of cleaning not being up to scratch - cleaners hairs left in sink. Some surfaces not wiped. Also had an incident where staff accidentally entered my room when I was sleep - I checked in early and they didn’t update their internal system. So they entered my room without knocking to find me half asleep and half dressed… whilst they were very apologetic, they only offered a free welcome drink voucher - it felt like they could have increased this given the shock/embarrassment

Quiet and comfortable
Pros:

Big room with a nice view, quiet floor, delicious food at the wine bar

Cons:

One or two restaurants on the 3/F were under renovation, but there is a wine bar with a lot of food: salad, soup, noodles..

Perfect stay!
Pros:

I LOVED my stay at Novotol. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel has many amenities including onsite restaurants, spa, indoor pool, sauna, airport transport, laundry and more.

Pros:

ウランバートルの景色が一望できたこと。

Cons:

タイミングが悪かったかもしれないが、朝食のバイキングが選べずルームサービスでしか出来ないと言われた。せっかく朝食を予約したのに無駄な費用がかかってしまった。
