Pros:

The booking made through expedia was not honoured by the hotel. I reached the hotel at 10 pm after a long drive from Bangalore, only to be confronted by a extremely rude receptionist who could only say 'No Rooms"!!. This is despite having a confirmed booking and having paid for it.
It was most unprofessional attitude and unhelpful as they did not give a reason for not having rooms or availability in nearby hotels.

Pros:

Good hotel to stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff also responsive and ample of space for parking. Room service also quick and Ok. Breakfast in restaurant also nice. - Sayeedullah.
