Hotel com boa localização!
O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar.
Bem localizado. Consegue fazer coisas interessantes tanto a pé quanto por meio de várias opções de transporte público a poucos metros do hotel. Quarto com um bom tamanho e confortável. Funcionários simpáticos. A camareira responsável pelo meu quarto era muito simpática e prestativa. Café da manhã bom.
Meu banheiro tinha um pouco de vazamento no boxe do banho. A camareira deixava toalhas extras para que a água não escorresse pelo chão do banheiro.

Ubicado en lo que parece el barrio mas seguro, con cercania al subte que te permite moverte por toda la ciudad. Buen desayuno, cama comoda, buen desayuno.

Valores lo considero un poco elevados si comparo con otros hoteles del sector y de características similares, incluyen desayuno por el mismo valor. Aquí hay cobro adicional.
Ficamos apenas duas noites e foi excelente. O serviço foi impecável no front desk. O quarto estava super-limpo e é bastante confortável. Camas macias. Distância para o Metrô pode ser coberta a pé com facilidade.
Nada a declarar. Uma observação seria a porta do box que se abria sozinha durante o banho, nada de mais e provavelmente apenas no quarto que estávamos.

Desayuno muy completo y delicioso. La ubicación es excelente y ofrece contacto con las agencias de viajes para lograr distintos tipos de desplazamientos en la ciudad y fuera de ella.
La habitación estaba cerca al asensor y había un poco de ruido.

Faltou papel e a camareira não se atentou em deixar mais no banheiro, quando chegamos o chão do quarto está suja, como eu sempre ando com lenço umedecido de álcool fiz a limpeza.
Café da manhã não gostei, pelo valor cobrado faltou opções de frutas frescas, pães, bolos.
The location was okay, and the showers were hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was fine, if nothing special, and the food I ordered from the restaurant was good. Most of the staff were welcoming, especially in the restaurant and housekeeping. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage at the hotel while I went into the city. When I returned in torrential rain, completely soaked through, they kindly gave me a towel.
The receptionist who checked me in was hostile and made me feel unwelcome. The “wellness centre” description was misleading: there was no spa in the hotel, just a massage parlour in another building. I booked a full-body massage, but the treatment involved rubbing oil over only part of my body, with no actual massage.
The rooms were not soundproof. In particular, the connecting door between my room and the neighbouring room made me feel uncomfortable, and I could hear the guest next door clearly. The internet wouldn’t connect, and my sheets were ripped. The surrounding area felt okay but, as a solo traveller, I still felt I had to stay alert.
