Das Hotel ist sauber und modern – das war definitiv ein Plus.

Cons:

Leider waren wir vom Thema Parkplatz sehr enttäuscht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte u. a. wegen des bei der Buchung angekündigten Parkplatzes gewählt. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass kein Parkplatz verfügbar ist und man auf der Straße parken muss. Das an sich wäre kein Problem gewesen, aber wir haben ca. 30 Minuten nach einem freien Platz gesucht und am Ende etwa 1 km vom Hotel entfernt geparkt. Das Hotel sollte unsere „Basis“ sein (einchecken, zum Konzert fahren, nachts zurückkommen), aber jedes Mal begann die Parkplatzsuche von vorne – sehr frustrierend. Deshalb haben wir unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verkürzt.
Zusätzlich war die Begrüßung an der Rezeption sehr unprofessionell: „Sie sind über Booking.com – das ist nicht gut, bitte buchen Sie über unsere Website, dann ist es 10% günstiger.“ Das war unangebracht und hat einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Wie immer sehr gut, bis auf das Frühstück war wieder inaktzeptabel.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage, schönes und sauberes Hotel.

Cons:

Der Preis für das Frühstück ist einfach nicht gerechtfertigt. Es ist das zweite Mal dass ich hier Frühstück nehme aber leider war es beide Male eine Enttäuschung. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine ist sehr schlecht (kaum trinkbar), die Säfte sind nicht frisch, schmecken sehr wässerig und verdünnt und die Auswahl lässt stark zu wünschen überig. Für diesen hohen Preis erwartet man sich mehr !

Heerlijk comfortabel verblijf gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Goed en gevarieerd ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel in de ontbijtzaal. Ze haalden niet op tijd gebruikt servies weg, maar vroegen ook of het gesmaakt had.
