Komme gerne zur WM 2027 wieder!
Pros:

Strategisch gut gelegen (Carl-Benz-Stadion) und S-Bahn-Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel (Innenstadt, SAP-Arena). Zimmer und Frühstück gut bis sehr gut. Automat in Lobby für Getränke und kleine Speisen vorhanden.

Not good!
Pros:

The property was beautiful, unloading luggage was a nightmare! Usually to pull to the front of Hotel unload luggage and bring car to parking area. We circled the hotel a few times looking for somewhere to unload. Major flaw in the design! The restaurant took over 2 hours to get our food.. they messed up my order so everyone ate there dinner and I got mine after they finished there’s. It was a total disaster. And terrible experience. Not sure I would return to this hotel too many issues!

Seating was also not up to par! When you have elderly they have a VERY hard time climbing up into high top tables also you cannot sit in low sofas and eat food poor design again 😒

A fantastic stay in Mannheim!
Pros:

We stayed two nights (on the way to France and on the way back to Prague) and both stays were excellent.

Jan was exceptionally friendly and professional when we checked in, making the process fast and seamless. As we had to leave very early the next morning, he arranged for breakfast boxes when we checked out and they were delicious.

Both rooms we stayed in were comfortable and extremely quiet. The shower was fantastic.

The small self-service shop across from reception is a brilliant idea. It's so convenient to get a few drinks and snacks without leaving the hotel.

Both times we checked out, Murat was at the desk and he was also friendly, professional and efficient.

We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs both evenings and it was great - delicious food, a beautiful environment and fabulous service.

Our stay at NH Mannheim was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel nicht sehr kulant. Als wir 45 Minuten vor offiziellem Check in die Zimmer beziehen wollten, würde trotzdem der volle Preis für Esels Check In berechnet. Ist das gute Recht des Hotels, dass erlebe ich jedoch regelmäßig anders.

Cons:

Gebühr für Parkplatz finde ich zu hoch. Gebühr für City Tax; damit habe ich nicht gerechnet.
