Cons:

Ik heb een mail gestuurd om dat ik wij in restaurant hebben gegeten en om dat ik 2 keer heb betaald door dat de ober zij dat de eerste keer niet was gelukt. Heb ik thuis na gekeken en het is 2 keer van mijn rekening af gegaan en zou graag 1keer terug willen hebben want dat hoort zo niet. Ik heb nog altijd geen antwoord gekregen ?

Eigenlijk niets. Het hotel beviel de vorige keer dat we er waren prima. Je kon er wat eten, nou ja, het restaurant was gesloten (het was zondag) maar in de bar kon je wat eten. Dat was dit keer niet. Alles gesloten, en waarschijnlijk voor een hele lange tijd.

Cons:

Ok, je kunt er dus niet eten. Maar hotel, zorg dan dat er iets van een A4-tje is waar een aantal adressen staan waar je wat kan eten. Vraag het de receptioniste aan de balie. Nou, die wist ook van toeten nog blazen. We hebben zelf maar gezocht, maar we waren wel zo aardig om het haar te vertellen, zodat ze andere gasten erop kan wijzen.

A fine stay in Mannheim, a little devoid of personality
Pros:

Opposite the reception there was a little self-service shop, where one could buy snacks and essentials such as toothpaste. Much appreciated, although they didn't have anything "local".

The overhead shower was nice and spacious, the toiletries smelled nice and the hairdryer packed a punch.

Complimentary coffee available every morning in the lobby, even for guests without breakfast booking.

Cons:

Took the tram to the stop closest to the hotel and was confused about the signage on the ground (only a crossing for cyclists seemed to exist).

For how large, how far outside the city centre it was located and for the price I would have at least expected a swimming pool..

Instead of a complimentary bottle of water, they proudly announced that the Mannheim tap water was of excellent quality and provided only an empty just and two glasses... it tasted alright.

Gutes Stadthotel mit schlechten Parkmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Parken beim NH Hotel ist sehr schlecht. es gibt zwar ausreichend Parkfläche, aber man kann keinen Parkplatzt reservieren. Also gegen 18 Uhr sind alle Parkplätze weg. Außerhalb des NH Hotel ist kaum Parkfläche vorhanden udn wenn weit weg. Weiterhin ist die Schranke immermal wieder ausser Betrieb unbd führt zu Verwirrungen oder an Anzeige Tafel vor dem Hotel, an der mit rot/grün signalisieren, das die Parkfläche erschöpft ist oder nicht, stimmt in der Regel nicht. So meine Erfahrungen in diesem Jahr und im letzten Jahr zu gleichen Zeit.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Reservierung von Parkplätzen. Es ist immer "first come first serve". Und wenn Du nach 18 Uhr kommst und keinen Parkplatz mehr erwischt und es richtig regnet und du weit außerhalb parklen musst, dann überlegt man sich dort nochmal zu buchen.
