I checked in this hotel when I arrived and I cancelled immediately because the room condition was extremely bad and they refuse to give me a refund. This is unacceptable!

I wish I could attach the pictures I’ve taken of this place. We have booked 3 nights but barely made through the first night and booked another hotel. Mosquitoes galore, grimy towels, no hand towels or bath mat, mattress wasn’t a mattress but only a mattress top, super noisy.
The lady at the reception gave us some bad attitude during our check in.
It’s 1 star because I can’t give none.

Very bad rooms! When we arrived, our room smelled like it was full of moist, the bedsheets were dirty and the floor and bed had dead mosqitos and flies laying everywhere. We aksed to change room because of the smell, which was No problem, but they seemed to be pretending that they really couldn't smell it... The next room it was the same All over again: smell, Dirty sheets, flies and mosqitos. This room was also filled with live mosqitos... We ended up checking out 30 minutes after checking in, not caring about losing our money, and booked another hotel.

10 minutes walking distance to shopping center. Nice swimming pool and not too crowded. Breakfast on time delivery to room for all 3 days that I stayed.

체크인 첫날 불켜고 입실하니 매미 만한 바퀴벌레가 7. 8 마리쯤 보였다 완전 기절할듯...체인지 해달라고하니 2층숙소로 업그레이드한 룸을 배정받았다 3박을 했는데 2층룸에는 벌레가 한번도 안보였다 글구 조식은 식당이 없는지 룸서비스로만 하는데 3박동안 한번도 주문한 음식이 제대로 나온적없었고 첫날은 배달 잘못됏다고 코코아 두잔 도로가져가고 두번째 세번째날은 주문한 음식이 안나오고 아예 다른 메뉴들만왔고 9시30분에 조식신청했는데 한번은 8시50분에오고 한번은 8시30분에 왔다 직원들은 친절했다

・カードキーを抜くと、冷蔵庫の電源も落ちるため、外出先から帰宅すると温くなっている。
・近くにディスコがあるため、大音量の音楽が明け方まで聞こえる
・建付けが悪いため、ドアが閉まりにくい
