Pros:

If I hadn’t had to pay in advance I would’ve walked in and walked right out. Grateful only booked one night. The room was disgustingly dirty and worn out. The staff was kind but the included breakfast was very poor. I had only toast that morning. I recommend not staying here.

The exterior looked modern but the interior is a bit dated. The family suite we were in was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, fridge, TV screens, a safe..etc. The free breakfast buffet was decent however the pho (beef noodle soup) was excellent! The staff did their best with what they had. During breakfast service, there was an unfortunate exchange with a family of guests from a south Asian country. The husband said he was from said country and that they would like the eggs made the way they eat it in their country. He proceeded to insist that his wife show the cook how to properly prepare the eggs and the staff were VERY patient even though the cooks were definitely not in the wrong! The same family also wanted the pho to have the spices that they are used to in their own country. Again the staff was patient and accommodating to this family.
Our least favorite thing about our stay was the bathroom. the bathroom was not exactly clean and modern. The light fixtures in the bathroom had bugs inside, lots of black silhouettes of the bugs. And there was a bit of a “public bathroom” odor in there.😵‍💫
Overall the stay is good and the staff were what made the stay more pleasant.

연륜이 느껴지는 호텔..세월의 흔적은 많으나 관리의지는 보입니다..
낮기온17도정도의잿빛하늘에. 공사장솜과 먼지는 최악이었습니다
.
그래도 방 바닥까지 물걸레질해놓은 성의는 칭찬할만했어요..

Pros:

Новое здание, хороший ремонт. В самом центре старого города. Номера комфортные. Есть чайник, чай, кофе. Завтраки хорошие. Персонал вежливый.

가격대 성능비 괜찮음. 샤워시설은 약간 실망.
Pros:

전시장이 바로 앞이라서 위치는 아주 편합니다. 샤워실 배수가 잘 안되서 물넘치고 따뜻한물 지속적으로 나오지 않는 부분, 드라이기가 엄청 약하게 나오는 점을 빼면 나름 가격대 성능비 좋은 호텔이라고 생각 됩니다.

전시장 출장자에겐 최고의 호텔
Pros:

하노이 전시장 인접 호텔...전시장 매우매우 가깝고...근처에 괜찮은 식당들도 걸어서 갈만한 거리.
새건물이라 꽤 깨끗하고 관리도 잘하는듯. 호안끼엔 호수쪽도 걸어가도 15분~ 20분임...조식도 쌀국수 좋아한다면 매일매일 변하는 쌀국수 아침마다 먹을수 있음...가격대비 괜찮은 호텔임
