Pros:

Hotel was close to the train station but a good walk from the Old Town. Good for an overnight stop.

Pros:

M- am dus special pentru jacuzzi de pe acoperis, am fost inspirat sa vorbesc la receptie inainte de cazare sa il pregateasca . Jacuzzi , priveliste,vreme cu ploaie, astmosfera tot superb.

Din păcate, experiența noastră la acest hotel a fost una dezamăgitoare. Deși afară erau doar 6–7 grade Celsius, în cameră nu era căldură, iar în baie era la fel de frig, ceea ce a făcut șederea extrem de neplăcută.

În plus, geamurile nu aveau plase de protecție, astfel că în cameră intrau muște și gândaci, un aspect inacceptabil pentru o unitate de cazare care ar trebui să ofere confort și condiții decente de igienă.

Nici micul dejun nu s-a ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor. Deși era prezentat ca bufet suedez, produsele erau insuficiente, iar servirea lăsa mult de dorit. Ospătarul te întreba dacă dorești omletă sau ou prăjit, după care îți aducea exact un singur ou și ți-l răsturna direct în farfurie, într-un mod lipsit de profesionalism și ospitalitate.

Per total, condițiile de cazare și serviciile oferite au fost mult sub așteptări. Din păcate, nu a fost o experiență pe care aș recomanda-o și consider că este nevoie de îmbunătățiri serioase atât în ceea ce privește confortul și igiena camerelor, cât și calitatea micului dejun și atitudinea personalului.
