Hotel location and one manager in morning 2nd day

Cons:

When I checked inn I ordered 1 water bottle to server but it was not come then I call on reception he said he sending but he didn't serve then I ask for room amenities but it's also not send and not for TV remote , not for wifi password . Their staff was not came at room .

Very pathetic service . Not recommended

Enjoyed my stay, dinner was amazing , room service was fantastic
Pros:

Excellent place near by small shops for eateries is good and easily accessible

Cons:

Space is a constraint in single room occupancy, otherwise the staff is really very responsive and courteous

Above average good hotel in which you can survive
Pros:

If you are going to aligarh and really want a above average good hotel then you can consider this one. Secondly in aligarh you really do not have much options when it comes to hotels. Washrooms are fine, they have good AC. So in short you can survive in this hotel.

Cons:

I feel the price is on the higher side for such average hotel. Secondly the washrooms do not have essential toiletries. If you have a third member that requires a mattress then the price for that is around 750 Rs. which is quite high. Secondly the bedsheet they provided has lots of stains and torn in middle with weird smell.

Pros:

Nothing special, no restaurant within. You have to call food from outside

Cons:

Location is very bad as no proper approach, very dirty toilets and bed. After making promise of cleaning, they nothing did even no toilet roll was placed .
