The whole stay was so bad actually it is not worth the money. Telling premium rooms giving standard rooms how terrible , washrooms not functional, water leakage in the flushes. Actually I must get refund

The room is very run down the washroom was also in poor state. Cockroaches in the bed area

Worst experience. Don't book anytime. Rooms are so worst than a lodge especially standard and deluxe rooms. Staff are non supportive.

The location is insightful and is an isolated location devoid of any facilities near by. Even an evening walk is impossible as this site is situated in an very industrial location.

There was a noticeable dust smell in the room, the bathroom faucet was broken, and support staff were inattentive when assistance was needed. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

Because i have booked online and paid directly thats why they have several issues that leads to bad room provided to us in which shower wasn't working and for 2 days irrespective that whole hotel was vacant on 26/05/2026 and 27/05/2026 specially Miss Durga was the person for all this activity as she was annoyed by booking online.

I rarely feel compelled to leave a one-star review, but this stay genuinely warranted it — and management needs to hear this.
Let's start with the receptionist, Durga. Her attitude towards guests was flat-out rude. Dismissive, unwelcoming, and wholly unprofessional — she treated me as an inconvenience rather than the paying customers keeping this hotel in business. This alone is unacceptable, but it was only the beginning.
The room was in a shocking state of disrepair. There was absolutely no hot water at night — a fundamental basic — which left me unable to properly prepare for an early-morning flight, having to leave the hotel before 4 AM. The fan was broken, the switchboards were damaged to the point where my phone charger would not stay in the socket, and the window handles were so badly broken that I could not even lock my own room properly and noisy due to this and mosquitoes in the room.
This is not a matter of minor teething issues, this is a hotel failing its guests on every level: service, maintenance, safety, and basic human decency. I would strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere until there is serious, visible improvement. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing this experience as widely as possible.
