Pros:

My stay at Nessa Hotel was very disappointing, mainly because of the reception staff. I felt that I was treated with impatience and lack of courtesy, and at times it seemed this behavior was related to the fact that I am Brazilian, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, I also lost my room card, and instead of receiving proper assistance, I ended up locked out of the hotel for the entire night. I tried calling both phone numbers provided by the hotel several times, but no one answered, which left me without any support.
Overall, it was a stressful and embarrassing experience. I expected much better communication, professionalism, and guest support from a hotel. For these reasons, I would not recommend staying here.

Pros:

It was very clean and fresh. The temperature was perfectly set with the air conditioning. For a hotel at such a cetral location it was affordable and comfortable. We booked a small appartment and it had all the facilities one can ask for. We were even able to lock our bikes by it while we went out on the town.

Cons:

I requested a double bed and got a twin bed instead. This was one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. We decided to stay here, paying more money to get a double bed. We were disappointed to not have such a simple request taken into consideration.

Hotel con alcune qualità e tanti difetti.
Pros:

Prezzo. Posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito abbondante sotto l'hotel (era un giorno festivo). Appartamento grande.

Cons:

All'arrivo le tessere per aprire la porta non funzionavano, chiamando il numero è arrivato un signore e le ha cambiate (non c'era nessuno alla reception). C'era un solo piumone sul letto matrimoniale e copriva metà letto. Pulizia non eccelsa sia dei locali che delle stoviglie. Odore in bagno.
