Dirty, bad smell
It’s quite big and clean. Elevator is convenient.
The water stream in shower is so so

They let me check in even though I was a few minutes late.

Room needs a refurb. No view. Window opened onto a strange vent that went down the side of the building.
The room was very loud with what sounded like someone pumping water in the room above and loud Vietnamese voices coming from the surrounding rooms and corridor.
Sound proofing was good.

Cleanest and small room without window
The location is quite easy to reach (30-40 mins from the airport), near the Westlake (5 mins of walking) and quite convenient with local bistros, convenient stores and pharmacies nearby.
Wifi connection is poor and unstable.
Pretty noisy especially in early morning, soundproof is not so good.
Just wanna give you an very honest update of this place. We had the worst experiences staying in this apartment. Everything is broken down and 10 years older than the photos. Even though we paid everything right when we checked in, they still asked us to pay deposite of 200 000 vnd. Also, the room is tiny and smelled really bad when we walked in, We stayed there for 5 nights and couldn`t wait to check out! Please consider carefully when you wanna book this place! Don't waste your money and precious moments in here!

There is no hot water in the room, and the bed was smelling unpleasant. I'm not sure if other rooms are any better. I don't anticipate nice accommodations or facilities, but at least provide hot water and a clean bed:(
Great location near the lake and shops. Nice little studios with everthing you need and housekeeping every couple of days. Residents left to their own but owners more than happy to help when needed.
