I would not recommend and I won’t come back
Pros:

Nice room and the breakfast food was nice. Also the pool is really warm in the winter

Cons:

The atmosphere, the maintenance, the service.
The pool area looks bad, no green, missing nice grown trees and flowers so it will look nice.
There was no atmosphere music outside so all we could hear was other ppl yelling to each other in the hot tub. When we kindly asked for some music outside, no one was willing to help until we had to walk to the hotel manager room and asked him directly.
The offices of the hotel are on the way to hotel rooms on the first floor. I really don’t have to see the “behind the scenes” of a hotel when I am on vacation.
The towels and robes were off white (it seems like a very old robe that used to be white but it isn’t anymore).
The food in the breakfast is nice but the breakfast area was not welcoming. Again, no music, the design and decor feels like a dining room in a cheap hotel.
No one on the staff was nice.
We came for a 24 of romantic getaway and this was not a good fit.

צוות מקסים ושירותי! חדרים נקיים ואסתטיים, אוכל טעים ואוירה נעימה.
Pros:

בהגעה חיכתה לנו צלחת פירות בחדר. החדר היה נקי ונעים, במיקום מעולה (עם מרפסת, למרות שהזמנו חדר רגיל) הצוות כולו (המנקה, הפקידים, ההנהלה והמלצריות) היה אכפתי, מתעניין וקשוב.
נהננו מאד!

צוות מאוד נחמד. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת. רצפת החדר מרוצפת באריחים יפים.
בחדר חיכתה לנו פלטת פירות יפה

המלון ממותג כמלון ספא יוקרתי והיו ביקורות מעולות על המלון. בגלל שציפיתי לרמה מסויימת התאכזבתי. המלון סה"כ נחמד. ואם אתם מזמינים אז שיהיה תיאום ציפיות שלא מדובר במלון יוקרה, אלא במלון חביב עם צוות מאוד חביב,

המלון ממוקם בכניסה לראש פינה, ליד הקניון. אין רעש בכלל אבל המיקום לא פסטורלי.
מסדרון הקומה: השטיחים עם כתמים, לא נעים. הקירות במסדרון דורשים תיקון וצביעה.
חדר: החדר שלנו היה סה"כ בסדר. היו פרטים שהפריעו לי אסטטית. למשל: בכיור האמבטיה הדביקו את הוונטיל עם דבק כחול שבלט מאוד, ולי, באופן אישי, מאוד הפריע. מסגרת המקלחון חלודה ועם אבנית, זכוכית המקלחון עם כתמי מים. קירות האמבטיה צבועים בשליכט שצבר אבק. כתמים על וילון החדר
כללי: במלון יש ריח חזק שמורגש כבר בחניה. ריח שאמור להיות נעים אם שמים במידה. מתרגלים לעוצמה עם הזמן, אבל אפשר בהחלט להפחית.
המלון מתומחר גבוה ולדעתי לא מצדיק המחיר. אלא אם כן, נפלתם על דיל

NOISY, OVERPRICED AND UNDER MAINTAINED
Pros:

OVERPRICED BY A MILE. Very little. The location is the best feature

Cons:

It’s overpriced, basic and sub standard. Rooms are noisy, windows broken and door locks falling apart. The hotel needs upgrading. I’ve only seen one member of staff so far. The cost is at least double what is fair or acceptable. I thought we’d be staying on a private estate but the view from the room was the local shopping mall it’s built on and the McDonalds. It’s noisy, uncomfortable , under maintained and overpriced.
