Room is extremely clean! Design is like old school type, have many cool motor! Location is near to Chinatown and song wat road.

Hospitality is excellent. Receptionist are kind and helpful. Felt very relaxed. I recommend W22. Laundry, gym and more. I am so happy I came here with my family.

Aesthetic and cool decor and staff. Very accessible by walk to different needs and activities. Plush mattresses and calm indoors

Very conveniently located in Chinatown area, with easy access to walking street & endless eateries. Many temples, cafes & bakeries are also present nearby.

The hotel doesn't provide basic amenities like toothbrush & toothpaste. The hairdryer & electric kettles are placed on a desk where there are no plug points. You need to use the plug point next to your bed. The view from the room is basic.

Also, we lost our key card & requested for a new one for which they charged us 200 bahts. Although most hotels don't charge for replacing key cards, we were still okay with paying for one. But 200 baht for something that is usually given for free was a bit too much.

A great hotel positioned close to Chinatown.

Comfortable beds, fantastic rain shower and clean all over.

It's great to have a communal room with games, gym equipment and washing machines.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Having been to Bangkok three times, I can say that this hotel is fantastic. We stayed here for three nights in a family room. The hotel is clean, has a great vibe, the rooms are large with very comfortable beds, the bathrooms are great with plenty of hot water and great showers, the rooms come with a safe, drinking water, great a/c, great Wifi, tv with cable, and great free breakfast (with both Western and Thai options and fresh fruit). It is located in a great location, right in the heart of old Bangkok in Chinatown which is very interesting with great markets, restaurants, massages, and even a mall close by. Hotel staff are wonderful, super helpful and friendly. The check out process both times we stayed only took about 5 min and that included a check of your room. They have a fantastic common room that has great a/c, couches, massage chairs, a pool table, free filtered drinking water and washing machines. Plus you can store your luggage and use the shower there before heading out (ther is a small fee for the use of a towel). This is a gem located in the heart of Bangkok, you can get anywhere from here easily on a tuk tuk. We loved this hotel and highly recommend it. I have nothing negative to say about it.

Very welcoming and helpful at reception and throughput our visit. Well placed close to Chinatown. Room good size and well appointed. Bed very comfortable ....would recommend.

The place offered very good service. The breakfast buffet was good and the rooms were regularly cleaned and replenished with water.

Was an amazing hotel. Our room was facing out on the street but it was really silent in the room. Air con was good, beds comfy and spacious room. Breakfast was one of the better free breakfasts I’ve had. Staff were always so courteous and nice.

Was a great room, AC was so nice and a great breakfast. Loved just chilling in the lobby and the staff are so helpful. Would highly recommend.

It was a good clean hostel and staff were lovely. But as a couple it was annoying to have seperate beds. Also needed a pool or better facilities for group travel. We paid to go to another hotel to use facilities
