It's was good but this time is not
Pros:

My experience to this hotel was always good, until this time. Front desk is helpful and always professional, staff are friendly. The only downside of this experience was water is not hot enough. I couldn't enjoy the deep soaking bathtub.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean.
The bathroom was also very spacious which we liked a lot.

1 thing I didn't like was the night-shift staff.
I and my bf checked-in late at night and it took for a long time because he didn't speak English very well.
Other than that, the breakfast was also delicious and everything else was great.

Clean hotel with sex discrimination policy
Pros:

This is a new hotel with competent and very friendly staff at the reception desk. However the hotel has a crazy policy that if you stay with a female friend/relative of different nationality, she will be charged 200000 vnd EXTRA, and will NOT be allowed to eat breakfast which is included in the room cost otherwise. I will not stay at this hotel again until this blatant discrimination practice based on genders and nationality is abolished.
