Phòng lớn, sạch

Cons:

- khách sạn làm sai quy định với booking.com khi nhắn tin riêng yêu cầu khách chuyển khoản đặt cọc phòng.
- phòng rất nóng. Khi khách yêu cầu kiểm tra thì lễ tân trả lời là tại khách không biết sử dụng máy lạnh. Rất bất lịch sự. Nhân viên sau khi chỉnh thì máy lạnh vẫn nóng
- dọn dẹp vứt đồ cá nhân của khách. Hôm sau thì nói sau lưng khách với những nhân viên khác và đổ lỗi do khách để lẫn vào chung khăn dơ. Nhân viên không trung thực vì đồ cá nhân tôi để tách biệt với khăn nên khi vừa quay lại phòng tôi phát hiện ngay đồ cá nhân mình biến mất. Việc nói sau lưng khách với các nhân viên khác cũng là hành vi rất bất lịch sự dù trong hoàn cảnh nào không chỉ với mỗi ngành nhà hàng, khách sạn
