Pros:

Magnifique hotel à Karuizawa , proche de la gare, parfait pour découvrir la ville et ses alentours.
Chambre triple très grande avec superbe salle de bain.
Verre d'accueil à l'arrivée, espace détente au coin du feu, tout etait parfait.
Le petit déjeuner était très copieux.
Je recommande cet hotel à 100%

Very nice staff! Great facilities and a nice comfortable room

A little bit of a walk to the station, but it was a peaceful walk away from all the crowds.

Loved my stay here.

Cons:

Very minor inconvenience to have to leave room key upon leaving.

Wish the tv supported casting/mirroring.

Pros:

The staff made it a great place. Breakfast and Welcome Drink session were great touch.

Cons:

We stayed in room 312, and it had a musty/body odor smell when the ventilation was on. Not sure why.

Pros:

The hotel is easy to be located, only takes 5-10 mins walk from Karuizawa Station. There are three convenient stores near by. So it’s easy to buy food when hungry. Hotel with shuttle van to Karuizawa station and ski centre, But be swear of the stop by time. Staff there are very very nice and helpful, and the hotel room is clean. Highly recommended. The hotel only offer breakfast, no restaurant for lunch and dinner, so guest has to eat out, but there are lots of restaurants near by.
