Staff missing from front desk upon arrival. Breakfast was mediocre - had to ask for utensils, ran out of coffee and breakfast selections. Check out staff not particularly friendly.

Hotel looks new and very clean and stylish. Comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Breakfast was out early for us hikers and it has everything. Kitchens look complete but we did not use because it’s so close to Whitefish and we preferred to eat out. Pool area outside and very nice with bbq and fire pit. Clean pool and spa— spa surface was stained but always hot and clean. Giant maps of Glacier NP and staff ready with recommendations. So nice to come back to this relaxing place after a long day of hiking and site-seeing. Loved it and will definitely stay at a TownePlace again. City of Whitefish has a beautiful beach for swimming and boating. Just a few minutes up the road.

We just checked out today and had an amazing stay. The room was perfect and the staff was accommodating and polite. We always travel with our small chihuahua and it was an easy, convenient stay with a dog. There was a great area outside close to our room for him to do his business. I feel like a lot of the time, hotels stick people with dogs in the rooms that are less desirable.. and we did not feel this way. The breakfast every morning was also an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Bad breakfast, rooms are not cleaned daily. For this amount of money good breakfast and daily cleaning should be provided. WiFi was not reliable

Great stay, loved the cleanliness and that they provided you with bear spray that was left behind by others!
Front desk rep was very knowledgeable. Her tips and suggestions made planning easier. They loaned us bear spray so we saved money by not renting or purchasing.
