Un bon hôtel pour faire étape à Borjomi

Pros:

На первый вид отель кажется крайне приличным но когда вы снимаете бюджетное жильё и написано эконом имейте в виду что вам предложат пристройку рядом с отелем напротив где три кровати были с маленькими проходами а душ был совмещён с туалетом даже без разделителя Да к сожалению цена показалась завышенной за такого типа номер Скорее всего что связано с локацией повышенным спросом. Это место больше подходит переночевать ночь но не как жить несколько суток а в остальном всё прекрасно всем успехов.

Pros:

Это самый худший отель за 15 лет что я езжу по миру. Отель на отшибе. Дорога обледенела ро ее не посыпают. Мы не смогли на зимней резине подъехать и оставили машину в 150м от отеля. Вокруг отеля лед, жена подскользнулась и разбила колено, а персонал не подошел даже и пошел даььше. У меня бронь по букингу подтвердили и на почте тоже. Номер на 4 чел 20м. Но нас повели в конуру где всего 3 кровати и 8м. Вход в номер с улицы прямо с дороги-это сарай а не номер! Аогда я сказад что нас 4 а не 3 он пошел на рецепшен и там сказал что вообще нашей брони нет и насрать что мы вам показываем брони и письма.

В итоге оказалась что наш номер продали еще раз другим и нас заселять не куда. Когда я просил дайте 2 номера любых. Он заявил что ничего не даст. Нас 1.5 ч продержали и по итогу развернулся и ушел. Мы остались на улице. Просто отель нас кинул. За 20 лет что я путешествую по миру это впервые имея бронь нас прогнали. Это не грузин! Грузин свое место уступит, а эти свою честь и совесть на деньги променяли. Далее квест в 18.30 мы бронировали в букинге и через 15 мин нам звонили из отеля и просили отменить бронь. Короче из этого отеля обзвонили все гостиницы чтоб нас кинуть. По итогу мы нашли номер в гостинице что нет в букинге и дешевле в 2 раза да еще за 2 номера.

Отличное расположение, красивый отель с видом на горы, погуляли пешком до парка, номер со всем необходимым, теплые одеяла, отопление, горячая вода, очень приветливый персонал, администратор Ника помогает в любом вопросе, горничные очень милые дамы. Завтрак великолепный, 2 вида каш, блины с курицей, 2 салата, яйца, очень вкусный мёд, овощи, кофе, спасибо Еке за вкусный завтрак!

Cons:

Все отлично, идеальное соотношение цена-качество.

Area is totally clean and madam was incredible she helped me to everything
But staff is awful our money is increasing when we will reach there take care of it 😔
