El ruido de la calle ce entiende.
Die Lage ist toll. Nur zehn Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum. Das Hotel besticht durch seine schöne Architektur und von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!
Ein schönes, altes, einfaches Hotel im centro, tolle Lage, nur ein paar Blocks zum Zocalo, freundliche Leute. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Kreuzung und die Stadtbusse geben dort richtig Gas, also lieber ein Zimmer ohne Fenster wählen, wenn möglich.

El lugar está bien ubicado, tiene instalaciones buenas, es pet-friendly y tiene opción de estacionamiento.
La cama y la almohada son muy duras. La esquina en la que estábamos es muy ruidosa. Nos obligaron a sacar el auto después del check-out. Si hubiéramos podido dejar el auto un poco más podríamos haber disfrutado más de la ciudad.

Staff made it clear that the rooms with balconies facing the street would be a "little noisy" and offered me rooms with no balconies or balconies at the time of check in.

Cleaning staff insist on waking you every single day even if you don't want the room cleaned or need supplies.
Extremely noisy, claims about "sound proofing" in rooms are fictional, considering how old the hotel is and there is actually a gap between the balcony door and the room at the bottom.
The hotel is at a cross section of a busy street, with buses plying all day (although the location can't be the hotel's fault as they can't change it).
