Evening front desk employee was welcoming and friendly! Room was excellent and the accommodations in the room, full kitchen, separate, bedroom and living area was very nice and super clean. Area had plenty of restaurants within a short distance which was also nice!
Only a few minor issues. The plunger for the restroom sink was broke so we had to use a knife to pull it up to drain the water. Also, there was alot of dog poop out front by the entry road in front of the hotel. Shouldn't really be the hotel grounds keepers responsibility to maintain, but it doesn't make the grounds look nearly as nice either.

Chelsie at the front desk made me feel very welcome and did everything she could to make our stay great. Very nice property. Everything was very clean and the staff were all exceptional. Excellent breakfast as well.

Rooms need to be a tad bit more clean.
I booked double queen beds. I booked 2 room. When I got there I was told at the hotel that I will been getting a room with a king bed. I paid for 2 queen beds. My family had to sleep on a sofa. I would like to talk to a manager about what happen with my rooms. I paid for room where everyone was suppose to sleep in a real bed. Please call are email me about the matter.
I was given the wrong rooms. The hotel would not change the rooms. I tried to call booking.com 2 times. The first time they said they would send the hotel a message that I was suppose to have the double queen beds in each room. Booking customer service rep also said they will call the hotel. Bookings rep said she could not reach antone in the hotel. I was standing right there when the booking rep said she was calling. The phone never rang. The 2nd tome booking rep called she put me on hold to call the hotel then the phone hung up. I was stuck in the incorrect rooms for days.

Absolute no complaints!! Everything was PERFECT.
Upon arrival, the gentlemen at the front desk were nice and the breakfast was good on Saturday. Also, the shower pressure was good and the ac wall unit was easy to control. The business area had very good ambiance for working and it had a nice fireplace. I was able to get a lot of work done on Saturday night. The gym was a nice size!
On Saturday, the breakfast was good. The oatmeal was hot and the bacon was good however, on Sunday breakfast was not so good! The oatmeal was cold and the sausage that was served was cold. I had to keep asking for towels and washcloths because every set that we received had hair on it. Lastly, I felt like I was rushed by housekeeping because they knocked on the door at 8am and said, oh I'm checking to see if you all are still here. Then later on as we were going to get breakfast housekeeping asked were we leaving. I was getting a little aggravated at that time.
