Quarto confortável! Qualidade da roupa de cama.

Cons:

O chuveiro apresentava pouca pressão, quase não saía água quente. Além disso, a acústica da porta do quarto é inadequada, permitindo que qualquer ruído do corredor seja facilmente ouvido.

Em Belo Horizonte a marca FASANO está em risco.

O Baretto.

Cons:

De não ter água quente no quarto na hora em que nos preparávamos para sair para nosso compromisso. Do despreparo da equipe para lidar com a situação. Do tempo absurdo que esperamos pela mudança de quarto. Da falta de tato da suposta gerente com que falei ao final do processo.
Do fato de o estabelecimento viver apenas de sua marca, nada mais.

Precisa melhorar o atendimento
Cons:

O hotel em geral é bom, mas o atendimento do check não foi bom, todas as vezes que me hospedei lá tive um atendimento ruim. Esqueci o carregador no quarto, só consegui recuperar com muita insistência, depois de mais de 40 minutos na recepção pedindo que olhassem.
