Clean comfortable, and nice customer service

Cons:

Coffee in the hotel Starbucks, and too much cigarette smoke in Casino. I am a smoker so I appreciate being able to Smoke while I play but maybe a better ventilation system

It was a great date night spot.
Pros:

The hotel and casino are conveniently located super close to each other. The jacuzzi hot tub in our room was also very nice.

Cons:

If you buy a coffee in the hotel they don’t allow you to take it to the casino.

Fun stay
Pros:

For adults there was plenty to do. And it was a huge bonus having food later into the night that was available with a teenager. The was very good. Nothing we had was bad in the least bit. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This is still a smoking property in Washington. If you book through booking.com, CALL THE CASINO and let them know if you do not want a smoking room. Also, there is nothing for kids to do. An arcade at the casino would be great.

Coming from someone who works in a casino, this is one I'll definitely be returning to. The staff was wonderful both in the hotel and casino, the rooms were SO clean and the beds were comfy and it was clean but wasn't overwhelming with chemical smells like other places I've been. The food was absolutely amazing, not your typical Sysco/harbor food that's for sure.

Cons:

Maybe think about an adults only hour at the pool.

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

For a room that cost over $200 a night, there was no continental breakfast. They didn't even have a hot water/coffee station for guest use.
