Not comfortable
Cons:

We arrived at the casino in the late afternoon and were able to check in as soon as we arrived. The room was located on the first floor and made it convenient for my wife and 2 dogs. We noticed that the room was not very clean. We found cat litter and other things related to cats still visible in the room. As we walked through the room we noticed that the floors were not clean because I took a white wash cloth to wipe the floor and brown dirt was removed from the laminate flooring. The beds were not comfortable and very little amount of blankets.

Clean and tidy with comfortable beds
Pros:

We were greeted upon check in and they organized a shuttle for my 92 year old dad to the casino.

Cons:

Nothing but if you are gluten free not much to eat in the little shop. You have to go to the casino.

Pros:

Great room, super clean (especially nice because it was a pet approved room), free ev charging (extra nice bonus!) pet gifty bags with quality dog treats, one pet fee for the whole stay, free water, on site espresso/snack bar, prompt, responsive and friendly staff, quiet though hotel full, spacious parking, easy access to the casino with great restaurants despite being smoke filled (we're not into gambling), well monitored property regarding safety.

Cons:

Strong, bad cologne like smell seemed to be pumped into the check in desk area (triggered sneezing) and poor maintenance of the dog park area (toxic cigarette butts and poop left everywhere in the park, though pet waste bags available at check in and at the dog park, along with a trash receptacle) which kept us from using it for our pups. Such a great perk that couldn't be utilized was disappointing.
