Sehr Schön gestaltete Lobby. Ausstattung neu und qualitativ gut. Sehr sauber. Ruhig!

Cons:

Ausstattung spartanisch und minimal, Zimmer sehr klein - zu zweit ist man sich nur im Weg. Badezimmer Tür blockiert Eingangstür wenn geöffnet. Keine im Preis enthalten Parkmöglichkeit obwohl umgeben von kostenpflichtigen Parkhäusern.

Personal war zwar freundlich aber nicht besonders aufmerksam. Ich hatte Geburtstag und beim Einchecken war das auch ersichtlich. Kein Wort dazu. Fand ich ein bisschen schade

I felt welcomed and assisted.
Pros:

That a wide range of guests used the hotel: backpackers to business employees to business owners to tourists of all ages and styles. The location was incredible, parking IN the building a big plus. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and my travel agent -but warn them to overlook the the foyer.

Cons:

The foyer was VERY confronting. The Hilton it was not. I felt shocked when I had arrived as it appeared that it was VERY frightening backpackers hotel in a bad part of town. I would prefer a larger waste bin and that it was lined with a plastic bag. I would prefer that there were more TV choices or free-to-air movies that I could watch in English or a least sub-titled. I would prefer a non-thermal paper hardcopy of my statement of fees and expenses on check-out.
