Excellent Hotel

Todo excelente, solo los elevadores son muy lentos, pero en general todo muy bien

En general bien si solo te vas a quedar maximo 2 noches. La habitacion bien, la vista haacia el lago muy bonita, el desayuno completo y rico. Los elevadores muy lentos y solo hay 2 (5 y 11 personas), el estacionamiento muy pequeño si llevas pick up o suburban, lo bueno que el guardia fue muy amable y siempre me apartó el lugar mas amplio.

The property was ok, but they allowed a group of "athletes and family" to sit in the pool area drinking and having kids running like hell. It was not possible to enjoy, they run out of pool towels and breakfast was terribly cold.

Una experiencia terrible sin necesidad de serlo. No respetaron la tarifa. Me obligaron a pagar más para tener la habitación. De hecho me dijeron que no se vería reflejado en la cuenta pero sí lo hizo. No hicieron ningún intento de ponerse en contacto y explicarse. Cuando llamé además me dijeron que sí tenían piscina climatizada, y luego resulta que no. Vinieron a preguntarme si la habitación estaba bien, les pedí agua, me dijeron que sin problema y nunca vinieron. No tienen vergüenza.

Elevador no esta en servicio

I liked it was near a park. Elevators not working properly was the only inconvenience.

I liked that it was near the Citadel mall. I enjoyed the breakfast buffett. However, one of the elevators was not working and this caused a lot of inconvenience not only for us, but also other guests we spoke with.

Terrible elevators, we need to come up o down to the 14 th floor by stairs 😡

Breakfast was good and location is convenient but it's terrible that they still don't have a date to fix the elevator. Taking stairs to the 11th floor for a week was painful. We couldn't enjoy the roof pool/terrace because waiting for a spot in elevator was up to 30 minutes. They had limited towels and pillows. The staff is friendly but the lack of functional elevator maid the stay painful.

It’s in a great area and very quiet calm and safe.

Había reservado una habitación con cama queen y me dieron una con cama matrimonial.

La razón por la que me quedaba aqui era porque quería hacer uso de la alberca y resulta que no se podia usar porque estaba en mantenimiento.

Iba con bebe y volvi a las 2:30pm para cambiarlo de ropa y el cuarto todavia no lo habian hecho

Only bad thing was 1 elevator operating!! Inconvenience!! Housekeeping sharing same elevator. Long wait to access..

Solo sirve un elevador lo cual hace que tardes demasiado en subir a tu cuarto y baje a lobby , además tienes que estarle diciendo constantemente a la administración que te cambie las toallas del cuarto y te lo limpien

Todo muy bien

Buena locación para el evento en el parque que atendimos.
Cuarto se sentía sucio, con polvo.
Baño olía feo desde el dia que llegamos. Regadera con el piso sucio.
Desayuno promedio. Solo el café y la fruta estaban buenos

We always love Hampton’s but this one was not quite up to the usual standards. Bed comforter was no longer white. Breakfast area at 6:00am opening had no coffee ready and floor around table had lots of crumbs from previous day. Just a bit dissatisfied but will still stay at Hamptons.
