It was our 3rd stay this year… would stay again.
Pros:

Best breakfast & Albina Junie ( the server at breakfast ) was extremely pleasant, always smiling and continuously refreshing the food and cleaning the area. If I can say, she made us feel like we were at home.
The staff at the front desk were also very pleasant & accommodating.

Cons:

Housekeeping was a problem. We arrived at 12:30pm and Rye reserved us a room close to the elevator as requested. However we could not check in before 3pm. So we left to investigate the area. We were told to be back for 3pm only to be told that our room still wasn’t ready. That the hotel was having problems with housekeeping. Couldn’t tell us when it would be ready. So we ended up settling with another room.
We also wanted ice but there no buckets available. When we asked we were told they had run out.
And lastly the sink kept backing up. Front desk was informed.

I won’t be staying there again. Even though the staff were very kind.
Pros:

It was close to the mall for shopping.

Cons:

Hiltons computer system was down world wide. Later in the evening a stranger was assigned our room and walked in our room. It was terrifying and I couldn’t sleep at all that night.

very nice.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Game room was a plus for the kids. Room was clean. It was close to where we were going and the staff made sure we got a room next to the family we were meeting there.

Cons:

Pool area could have been warmer. It was cool to swim there. It was a pet friendly hotel, which is ok, but guests didn't care if there large dogs barked and nothing was done to get them to quiet them down.
