Good location, decent amenities, rooms are simple and clean. AC sucks and kept me awake.
Pros:

The air conditioning was loud and it kept waking me up. This was my first visit to your hotel and I liked the interiors and simplicity. I was hoping to become a regular guest but my experience with the air conditioning was awful. I'd hesitate to visit again.

Quan rules!
Pros:

One of the staff members, Quan, was professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable when I called ahead with questions concerning my stay. She helped me arrange for a late check-in and guided me through the process of creating a (free!) Hilton Honors account. Because of Quan, I felt confident in my booking with Tru.

Cons:

Not a thing! Everything was thoughtfully designed, the hotel was clean, and the staff members were polite, friendly, and helpful.
