It’s not a work or business place, more for social people.
Pros:

The staff that check me in and out was amazing

Cons:

The first room I was in toilet wasn’t working, the floors in that room and the room I was changed to where so dirty around the base of the bed. The bed frame needs to be changed it’s so much food and god knows what caked up in the cracks of the bed. Also there is just a mattress on a wood frame so not too much support on your back. The doors are so loud when you open and close them the person in the room next to kept me up all night opening and closing there door I kept thinking somebody was opening my door. I just was a little disappointed. I can say the staff that checked me in and out was amazing they where friendly and showed great hospitality.

Could use better cleaning
Pros:

This is a bare-bones hotel, which, for the price, was to be expected. The positives are that the staff---including front desk and cleaning crew---are all very nice. There's always hot coffee in the lobby, and the free breakfast is pretty decent. Also I appeciate that the flooring in the rooms is vinyl as opposed to carpet, so no dinginess or stains or holes. It just makes the room feeling cleaner. That being said, things could be cleaner. The upholstered chair in my room was full of stains and the corners of the shower had some kind of black substance. The hallways had some litter that was there in the morning when I left the hotel and was still there in the evening when I returned.

Won’t stay there again.

Cons:

Feels like a dorm room. Very close quarters. No closet just a bar to hang clothes. The door was off the hinge at top and very heavy to handle. Changed rooms. They actually rented it out to someone else and had not repaired it!!!

The property was very clean, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the breakfast was really good, and the bed was comfortable. It was very close to where I needed to be.

Appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Room was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Very attentive to our needs, as we had to keep adding nights to our reservation due to unforeseen issues keeping us in town.
Staff super friendly and accommodating

Cons:

No issues - even had a young baseball team staying on same floor and all was quiet
