Poor customer service
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Staff was real ugly towards my kids but didn’t have that same energy when I went speak to them. Breakfast was just eggs and sausage no pancakes or waffles. We brought our ice chest and food to grill they told us we couldn’t have a party which we weren’t trying to it was my son’s birthday and only wanted to swim and grill. I will not be returning.

Pros:

Exceptionally courteous staff, very clean, and great decor.

Cons:

I didn't like how guest invited other guest to come and use the swimming pool and grilling area. I think each guest should be allowed 2ppl at the pool area, they had over 15 people for 1 room, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Pros:

I enjoy the vibe, the room is comfortable, and modern, all the staff was kind, good listeners, and accommodating, pleasant. AWESOME Staff

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't cleaned well there was some mold and noticeable p**** hair in the shower, also on the bathroom sink, not p**** but short hairs...and soap scum or build up, not sure. I wiped it off with my washcloth. I'm not a fan of these thing's but I'm just writing this because I truly do enjoy your hotels...not being a complaining customer. I've been a personal housekeeper for years, and know the work and absolutely appreciate workmanship...I ALWAYS leave my housekeeper a tip, I'm sorry say I did not this time...

Fair stay
Pros:

I loved the bed and the sheets, we enjoyed the pool, and the pool table.

Cons:

The floor in our room was dirty, some crumbs and a sticky place where something had spilled and didn't get cleaned up. Also the family board games that were advertised were not available, the pieces were missing or scattered in the drawer. Breakfast was good, but we were disappointed that the pancake maker was broken.

It is close to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Lafayette. When you walk in it smells Amazing!

Completely awful!
Pros:

The location was nice

Cons:

The first room, there was spots of blood on the sheets and hair in the bed, the second room they moved us to smelled like urine. The bed was uncomfortable and we woke up very sore. We will not be staying here ever again.

Pros:

I different desk staff was nice.Great custom service.All you got in like.Was I broke glass in my room and housekeeping?Didn't clean it 2 days, which was no fault to the front desk staff but I understand due to the baseball team billionaire

Cons:

I really can't feel I didn't like nothing. The shower, but that's because my husband tall in the. I think the room with handicapped beds just need something like a ottoman. For those who is assisting the handicapped person to sit on
