The common areas were fantastic. Loved the complementary beverages 24/7

Cons:

We could not get into our room due to key issues. With 2 young kids having to go back and forth downstairs to try to get keys fixed was very inconvenient. They were busy and short staffed so it took a while for them to come up and let us in. We never had keys due to them having to use their master key. Very inconvenient due to someone always having to stay in the room so we could get back in. Maintenance was called but never showed during our stay.

Short stay and you can hear your neighbors clearly
Pros:

The location was great…. I could hear the neighbors and a dog barking the entire night. Paid for this room and didn’t enjoy
