Ideal location and excellent service
Pros:

Second time staying here. I love how professional the staff handle guest services.

Cons:

The floor of the shower needed a good scrub...looked dingy.

Great location, and because of this I would probably stay again.

Location was great

Cons:

Value for the amenities wasn’t there. Parking was a mess, but from what I see, it’s a thing in that area. Even with the short comings, I would do it again if the price was a bit better.

Pros:

I loved this hotel, it was very clean, and quiet. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful with my questions. If I come back to Pittsburgh I will stay there for sure!

Wish I had more time there.
Pros:

A great bathroom. Fantastic shower. Room was modern and nice.

Cons:

That initial entry to elevators is not great. Have to ride up to the lobby.

Pros:

This place is a bit rough around the edges. The downstairs entrance attracts homeless people looking for shelter. It needs a permanent employee to stay there near the elevators.

Also, my room was technically cleaned but they didn't wipe the dirty counters, didn't vacuum the floors, and didn't replace the paper coffee cups for the following morning.

Definitely not worth the price. Stay across the street at the Courtyard.
