Poor Customer Relations
Pros:

My rental car broke down just north of Atlanta and I wasn’t able to get a replacement . I called to cancel (4:30pm central) and was told that it was too late to cancel. I was charged full rate. I expect better from a Hilton property, especially being a Diamond Member.

Wonderful stay with our chaotic kiddos
Pros:

This was a wonderful hotel experience! The staff was amazing with our kids. At checkin both of the front desk gals were welcoming and helpfulnwehn we needed a bathroom in a hurry. The server for breakfast was so kind and went above and beyond to keep our baby happy. Brad, at the front desk was kind and cheery with our toddler and his questions. They made our choas feel less chaotic and we cant thank them enough!

5 Star Hotel and the Staff makes it so!
Pros:

This hotel is one of the best I have had the pleasure to call home for a couple of days. Well maintained is an understatement on the condition, it looks new! Latrie and Johhnathan on the front desk are outstanding. Karie in the bar and resturant area puts a smile on all her guests faces and follows up with top shelf service! The food she serves is the quality of a 5 Star resturant, which is prepared by Chef Sahara, who should have a resturant with her name on it! I have nit net any if the Housekeeping staff, but based on my room, they are as top notch as the rest if the staff. If your corporate has training locations, this one should be the Flag Ship of the Brand.

This place was nice but one of the reasons I picked to stay here is because I was under the assumption they provided breakfast. It was actually $12 per person for breakfast. That should have been made more clear because I paid $200 for a night to also have to pay for breakfast.
