Pros:

This was a great place for us to stay that enabled us to really enjoy the walkability of beautifully improved downtown Greenville. The staff was very helpful in suggesting ways to navigate our way around the downtown area. We also very much appreciate the hotel being pet-friendly.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like is how expensive parking at the hotel is, which we know is true of many hotels in urban areas. Honestly no hotels should be allowed to charge their guests more than a minor fee to park. Its a true insult to people who are paying to stay in those places.

Eggs seemed like powdered eggs but it was nice to have other things available. Would rather have separate containers of yogurt vs a bowl that everyone dips out of. Would have like to have soda available for breakfast as well.

Excellent Greenville stay
Pros:

Excellent mid-range hotel!! We stayed here for a wedding weekend…they had friendly, responsive valet service, friendly, competent front staff and the hotel was impeccably clean. Kudos to the staff all around! Very safe, walkable area close to the downtown river park and walkable downtown shopping and dining area. Impressed and would recommend!
