Tru at Florence was truly a disappointment
Pros:

The room was okay. I liked the washroom and towels. Coffee was good.

Cons:

The common areas were very dirty. The breakfast was poor quality. The morning employees were not welcoming. And the staff made a billing error that took days to correct.

Great staff, clean and welcoming to my dog.

Cons:

TV didn't work. I was to get a discount on my bill, and did not. The pull down shade did not pull down, leaving the room too bright for a decent rest.
