Pros:

Check-in was fast. Hot breakfast was good. The hotel is centrally located.

Cons:

The beds were not too comfortable. Only 1 elevator was working so it took long at times.

We had a procedure very early. This was so nice to be 2 minutes from the hospital. Room was clean and comfortable.

Ok enough for a good nights sleep
Pros:

Breakfast is good. It is clean. I like the location of where it is, feels safe and close to restaurants and highway I-35

Cons:

I didnt like i have to fill up a form in paper upon check-in. I did reservation online and that info should be enough foe check-in. I feel it is not safe to have personal info on paper- more prone to indentity theft.

the stay was ok but for the price, could have spent just but more and been closer to our destination

It was a good stay but the presentation of the hotel needs some clean-up. Sweep and mop!
Pros:

Quick check in. Great customer service. Convenient location when traveling.

Cons:

The floor in the room was not the cleanest. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. The shower door did not close properly and water would splash out.
The lack of cleanliness in the elevators was a little off putting.

Pros:

Love the look of the hotel, very modern. The beds were confortable and rooms were very clean.

Cons:

I would of like some storage, there was literally no storage spaces. I only stay for 2 nights and never unpacked my bags. Now that might not be a issue to some, but if you have kids, it becomes a big deal. I wouldn't recommend stayimg here if you have multiple kids or for a longer stay. A microwave in the room would of been nice as well, i hated going down to the lobby to use the 1 microwave they have and having to wait in line to use it and have my food smell like the food from the previous person😑 They also don't have a laundry room, which its not a big deal, until you actually need to use it.
