We loved our stay!
Pros:

Clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to the shopping areas. The room size is comfortable, and the staff are attentive with clear and easy communication.

Buena zona, ojo con ubicación en Google Maps
Pros:

Tiene un baño con separación entre ducha/bañera, pila y WC, 3 ambientes diferentes que se agradece por el tamaño ajustado de las habitaciones en Japón. El colchón fue el más cómodo de nuestro viaje

Cons:

Demasiados muebles para tan poco espacio. Tuvimos que moverlos todos de sitio tipo puzzle para poder ganar algo de espacio o no había manera de abrir las maletas. Ojo porque en Google Maps sale en 2 sitios y uno de ellos es incorrecto, es el Edificio Coccoon y no la dirección correcta del hotel. Está junto al restaurante llamado Heart

Pros:

All round good.. No major complaints at all. Very clean. Staff were helpfull. Breakfast good.

Cons:

No bar facilities. No fitness or pool.. breakfast variety a bit limited.... Rooms a little small.

Great location, small room that smells smokey. You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Convenient location (check out the bakery nearby!)

Cons:

The room was very small, had a smoky smell, and wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. Staff were neutral, not unfriendly but not the most friendly or helpful.

Pros:

Convenient access to 7 eleven in the building, room was clean and staff were lovely. Freebies available in the lobby for guests use which is a nice touch

Cons:

Smaller room for a long stay and quite far from the main station in Shinjuku. You can get the train from Nishi-Shinjuku but just adds another train to you trip. It’s about a 15 min walk to the main Shinjuku city

Pros:

Otel metro istasyonuna rahat yürüme mesafesinde. Otel personeli tüm sorularımıza nazikçe yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı mekanı çok büyük değil. Sıkışıklık yaşanabiliyor. Lobide günlük kullanım ihtiyacı olabilecek bir çok malzeme ücretsiz veriliyor. Havaalanına bavullar ile gitmek için limuzin airport transfer'i kullanacaksanız çok yakında bir otelin önünden kalkıyor.

Cons:

Oda büyüklükleri bize küçük geliyor.
