Pros:

Everything was amazing, about 6-8 minutes from a metro station, seven eleven in the -1 floor, everything so convenient, there is an amazing bakery outside of the hotel named Daisy.

Amazing staff ! They’ve helped me with a lot of things such as rental car, Shinkansen tickets, Airbnb and call a taxi to pick us up to our next destination

Great stay, good location and very good breakfast!
Pros:

The facilities and staff are very good and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast has a very wide selection of international and local options both savory and sweet. The room facilities are great and they have many business related facilities (iron, board, steamer) available upon request. Included in the room there are all extra amenities such as toothbrush, brush and facial towels. Overall the location is very convenient and well connected to metro stations and the nearby park is great for a morning run. There is a 7eleven shop at the basement which is open 24hours. There is also a washing machine facility available which I found very convenient.

Cons:

The only downside is the value for money which is a bit skewed on the expensive side, also it would be great to have a gym facility as other similar hotels provide it

Comfortable and has everything you want
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 days and were very comfortable the whole time. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great, with a whole wet room including a shower and a large deep bath. The hotel has lots of fun complimentary bits, like bath salts, teas and coffees, even hair vitamins. The place was well located, 20 mins walk from shinjuku station and 5-10 mins walk from another metro station.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Clean and in a peaceful part of the city. Has its only 7x11 and so you know you wont go hungry. Easy walk to the nearest metro stations. Close walk to the metropolitan buildings so go and get the free view of tokyo even late at night.

Cons:

Rooms are tight on a triple sharing but considering how little you actually use the room..it wasn't a big deal.
