Wspaniały hotel. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do niektórych miejsc na piechotę, ale też blisko metro. Pokój przestronny, czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Miła i pomocna obsługa.
Very clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out process fast and efficient. They helped us process the extension of our stay which wasn't very easy to do on their website, as we apparently had to use the Japanese version of the website.
The breakfast is also very good with a wide selection of food. The grilled mackerel was fresh and tasty.
It's a long-ish walk from Shinjuku Station but the Tochomae Station of the Toei Oedo Line and the Nishi shinjuku Station of the Marunouchi Line are nearer and both connect to Shinjuku Station.
The Shinjuku Central Park is a short walk away. There is a 7-11 at the basement of the building and an Aeon Food Styles two short blocks away.
The twin room we had was (expectedly) small, but not a dealbreaker at all.

Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Gepäck und dem Transportunternehmen und hatten auf Hilfe gehofft zwecks übersetzen. Die Lage war gewöhnungsbedürfig aber machbar.

Me pareció muy cómodo, esta bien situado para coger metro o para ir andando a Shinjuku, tienes un 7/11 en el mismo hotel y un restaurante. Personal amable, buena limpieza, camas cómodas y está en una buena zona.
La habitación es pequeña pero como todas las de Tokyo.
Es muy comodo y amplio, y queda bastante bien ubicado
ふわふわパンケーキの朝食に惹かれて予約しました。パンケーキ，とても美味しかったです。
朝食のレストランはあまり広くなく、混雑時は座れないことになります。平日でもかなり並んでいる光景を見ました。もう少しお席に余裕があればいいと思いました。
