Excellent modern hotel in a convenient location with friendly staff and easy access to everything in Tokyo.
Pros:

Modern and very clean hotel in a great location close to Shinjuku Station, restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, the staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel had a premium feel throughout. Easy access to trains made getting around Tokyo very convenient.

Cons:

Rooms were a little small, which is common in Tokyo hotels, and the lifts could get busy during peak times. Apart from that, the stay was very good.
