Breakfast was great including the japanese food options. Staff was extremely polite and always read to help us with any demand. Location was great near by Nishi-Shinjuku station. We would stay there again.

The property itself was nice but very basic.
The rooms had everything you needed but there were cheaper properties we looked at with the same size room and amenities - we were hoping that the higher price was going to provide more.
The rooms themselves including the beds were incredibly small far too small for 2 people

We really enjoyed our stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku Premier. The location is excellent, close to public transportation while being in a quieter and more relaxed area of Shinjuku. The neighborhood felt safe, clean, and very walkable.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Having a 7-Eleven located directly in the building was extremely convenient for snacks, drinks, breakfast, and any last-minute necessities.
Overall, a great base for exploring Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again.
Very few negatives to mention. If anything, the rooms are somewhat compact, but this is typical for Tokyo and was not an issue for our stay.

Facilities and comfort were great. The 7-eleven at the bottom is very convenient.
The breakfast had close to no vegan options and the staff were not really willing to accommodate or prepare anything for us to eat which was disappointing. We loved the hotel and stayed there for 4 days but having very little food to choose from very much affected our enjoyment. There was not even a vegan bread option for toast. We wake up early and as everything in Tokyo opens late (around 10) having breakfast at the hotel was key for us.

Lovely clean hotel with fabulous amenities supplied in reception. Staff were grumpy which was a shame. Not a smile amongst them. Breakfast was in an outside restaurant on lower level. Walk to the corner and wander round the park. There’s a 7/11 in the basement so grab some fresh fruit, or yoghurt etc
Slightly suburban location- not close to tourist spots and 15 minute walk to train stations.
