+Location, near everything, shops and restaurants. 5min walk to the ferry that goes between Brunei and Labuan.
+Air condition, Wi-Fi, and Iron can be borrowed from reception.

-Stains on the sheets and blanket.
-Hairs on the floor.
-Old and dirty carpet on the floor.
-No refrigerator.
-No hair dryer.
-Half toilet roll in the bathroom was provided, had to ask reception for another toilet roll.
-No schampoo is provided, just a small soap.
-Noisy sound from water getting pumped in the bathroom, something is leaking so its wet in the bathroom floor.
-Noisy from the street at nights.
-Entrance was closed when arrived, no one at the reception, had to wait 15min until the staff came and opened so I could check-in.

30 ringgit in deposition when check-in, and 10 ringgit in fee per night.
For EU visitors, need UK adapter to charge electronic devices.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Value for money. Good location near ferry terminal, duty free area, supermarket, banks & night life. night market with variety of local famous food is right in front of the hotel.

When we enter and ask for a room we get a discount at once. Instead of (oooh!) we pay 80 RM. The room in the photo looks nice but I ask about the window… there is no window in the room ;( What is this in Asia?? Why do they make those rooms without windows?? The receptionist, seeing my look, adds a window, for free! :p Great! We have a room with the window! For me it’s really very important because I suffocate in no window rooms…
Both the room and the bathroom are rather small but clean. Towels and bottled water provided. The staff is kind and helpful. Free WiFi works only in the reception.
We have breakfast in JJ Nazar next door which was really delicious.

This hotel is a budget hotel but with good services and facilities and good staff. Simple Room with toilet and nice space. Free WiFi, Tv Channel.it is a recommended hotel to stay. and nearby is all shop and restaurant and only a 5min walk to the Terminal.

Checked into here for one night and extended for another. Place was pretty clean with free bottle of water and towels provided. AC worked well. Location is great too.
Also, you must eat in Indian the restaurant next door. The ferry is was delicious!! Especially if ordering from the Tandori section. I wouldnt reccomend eating the breakfast opposite the hotel though. Would recommend to stay here for budget accommodation.
