Pros:

The hotel was just a few relatively minor things from getting an excellent rating from me. We had to ask for glasses in the room and a small amount of ice. Breakfast was OK, but somewhat spartan. A little fresh decorating could help.

Pésimo lugar sucio mal el lugar no reciben tarjeta de crédito el lugar lo recuenta gente peligrosa no hay parqueo el qué hay es inseguro vidrios quebrados en fin no pude ni quedarme en ese lugar siempre e utilizado Hotels.com y es perfecto pero este hotel fue lo pésimo de lo más malo

Pros:

Really lovely grounds, nice pool, very friendly staff, great breakfast. We enjoyed the private balcony and the pull-out trundle bed to accommodate our two kids. We loved this hotel and would happily stay again.

Pros:

It is a beautiful location but it is in bad shape. No hot water, door cannot be locked from the inside, safety deposit box not working and the shampoo dispenser is empty and hair drier was not working.Suggestion: if not working, replace it or take it away. We used to love staying there. Food were excellent. Wifi was not working too.
