Pros:

Großzügige Wohnung, sehr großer Balkon, sehr gut ausgestattet. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Room was great, service could be better
Pros:

Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work.

Poor choice.
Pros:

Had to request extra bed to be made up twice. Bedroom window locked shut. Although concierge contactable via phone not on site as stated. Although given a fan (June heat wave) it didn’t work. TV did not work.

Good location & comfortable stay
Pros:

Location was good. 10 mins walk from the Bad-Godesberg station and 5 mins from main shopping street and 3 mins from the Castle.
Apartment type of hotel was a good value for the money although there was no daily cleaning service and stuff like that you can expect from any kind of "hotel". This is more like Airbnb type 2 bed rooms apartment with cozy living area and kitchen. If you need anything, you can just call the hotel manager or person in charge as there is no reception.
One bed room is big with king size bed and other room is small with single-size bed. Bathroom is spacious and the floor is heated which is very good.
