Daiwa Roynet Himeji
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby area was very nice and had lots of free amenities. I was able to request a firmer pillow. The room was spacious and included a luggage rack that I could open without having to rearrange furniture. The location was great, almost halfway between train station and castle. There was a covered passage from station to hotel, one block over from main road. Lots of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. And a wonderful supermarket, Bon Marche, was a 5min walk towards castle

Cons:

The room was on a busy street, lots of car noise and loud motorcycles. The window coverings were inadequate and let in alot of light at bottom, top, and sides.

The breakfast room was extremely cold, and I am usually hot-natured. I had to return to my room for a jacket. The hot food items were tepid, including almost cold rice. The Western items were very warm, but I don't eat eggs and sausage.

除了某個女性櫃檯人員之外，其他都很滿意

Cons:

入住當天先寄放行李，臨走前想到有小朋友的保暖衣物放在行李箱裡，詢問櫃檯小姐是否能讓我拿行李箱裡的東西！

而且對話開頭，我就先跟她說了抱歉！
結果她對我翻了白眼，並展現了不耐煩的表情，原本美好的心情瞬間破滅！

也有可能因為我不是日本人吧⋯

期待通りでした。（十年以上前のレベルと変わっていないという事です。　清潔さと価格のバランスが。）
