Śniadania bardzo dobre-na słono jak i na słodko,ogromny plus za świeże słodkie owoce. Lokalizacja dogodna dla osób chcących odwiedzić Sanktuarium w Spiazza.

Cons:

Zamieszanie podczas zameldowania, pokój zostal oddany z 40 minutowym opóźnieniem.

Full recomendation! 2+2 Family Trip
Pros:

Good location, base for Garda Lake, and Sanctuary. Hotel with good atmosphere, good breakfast, working AC, clean rooms... Etc. Full Recomendation!

Cons:

Rooms are not very well acoustic isolated, so You jest noises f.e. above... But stuff do everything to remind the silent rules at night:)

Camere con arredamento moderno e di ottime dimensioni.
Ottima la posizione con una bella vista sul lago di Garda. Bella la piscina e gli spazi all'aperto. Colazione buona e molto varia.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza che deve essere curata maggiormente.
Mancano le targhette sui prodotti serviti a colazione.
In bagno c'erano gli attacchi ma non i dispenser dei prodotti bagno, 3 monodosi per 3 persone sono pochi (soprattutto se si utilizza la piscina)

Hotel molto carino, piscina e lettini, personale sorridente e disponibile

Cons:

pulizia della camera da rivedere, trovata polvere qua e là e il telecomando sporco, colazione con neanche un cartellino sui vari prodotti ( fondamentale per capire cosa si sta mangiando e per eventuali allergie! ), caffè delle macchinette non buono

La posizione è stupenda con una vista spettacolare sul Lago di Garda, la camera in sé è bellissima e la colazione davvero eccellente. Molto bella e pratica anche la piscina. Nota positiva per lo staff, che si è mostrato molto disponibile nel cercare di risolverci il problema proponendo un cambio camera (poi non riuscito).

Cons:

In un hotel a quattro stelle mi aspetto che la camera venga controllata prima del mio arrivo. Invece abbiamo trovato una perdita d'acqua, il tubo del doccino rotto e persino le lenzuola sporche. Lo staff si è attivato per rimediare, ma sono disattenzioni di pulizia e manutenzione che in questa categoria non dovrebbero proprio scappare all'occhio dei clienti.

Die Zimmeraufteilung, die Einrichtung, der Ausblick, das Personal im Hotel & Restaurant top.

Cons:

Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer, aus der Dusche? Wir haben es nicht herausbekommen. Ein Wäscheständer für Handtücher & Badekleidung wäre super.
