A very good hotel, super staff and with a good quality breakfast.
Pros:

Very friendly staff and there to help and assist.

Cons:

There's a long drive from Affi, which is a small Comune with a very nice shopping mall.

Il posto ideale per un weekend di tranquillità

La posizione è ottimale per passeggiate ,vicinanza al monastero e vicino ci sono ottimi ristoranti

Non funzionava lo scarico del water e nonostante sia intervenuto immediatamente il manutentore,ha continuano ad andare male e il sensore della rilevazione fumo in camera con i cerotti che coprono la spia luminosa,in un 4 stelle non si possono vedere.I parcheggi sulla strada andrebbero segnalati meglio con vernice perché ognuno parcheggia come capita.La ragazza alla reception, sempre sorridente e gentilissima

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel unweit von der Madonna della Corona Kathedrale ( 8min zu Fuß).
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal!!
Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Cons:

Wenn ich schon Rühreier zum Frühstücksbüffet anbiete, dann sollten diese entsprechend warm gehalten werden. Die Qualität des Kaffees ist der eines 4-Sterne-Hotels nicht würdig!

soggiornato per Pasqua. Posizione eccellente .Camera spaziosa e pulita Staff gentile e disponibile .Colazione abbondante .Abbiamo cenato in albergo ottimo servizio.Menu poco tipico ma tutto buono.Forse per i tavoli che c erano il servizio un pochino lento.Ma comunque preciso .Consigliato.

Pokud se hotel prezentuje jako 4* určitě by neměl předat hostům klíče od pokoje, kde je 15°C, mít přehozenou vodu na umyvadle studenou za teplou, když poskytuje čajový servis, dát k němu i nějaký čaj. Nemit děravé povlečení. U snídaně poskytovat i dětské židličky, aby děti neklečely na židlích pro dospělé a nešpinily je botami. Jsou to detaily, ale tvoří celek

الفخامة + الترقية الى فندق جديد + النظافة + الافطار + التدفئة + الاطلالة على بحيرة غاردا

الطريق المؤدي الى الموقع عبارة عن مرتفعات وطرق ملتوية + ينفع فقط الي معاه سيارة + تم تحويل مكان الاقامة الى فندق مجاور وجديد يبعد 150 منر .

C’era un evento e la musica è stata molto alta per tutto il giorno fino alle 22 di sera, sembrava di essere in discoteca.
