I’ve been coming to Herford every year for 9 years, and I always choose this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is excellently located. It was renovated during the pandemic, and it has also undergone some changes over the past year — all for the better. And the breakfasts — fresh and appetizing. I definitely recommend it.

Pros:

Eigentlich war alles super. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet.Das Bad war modern eingerichtet.das Frühstück super

Meine Vorhänge waren zu schmal so konnte ich das Zimmer nicht dunkel bekommen. Aber ansonsten war alles super.Kammern auf hohen Niveau

Schöner Aufenthalt. Zimmer genau wie auf den Fotos. Personal super nett und Hilfsbereit. Frühstück kleine Auswahl aber von allem was da. Sehr lecker.

Cons:

Es hätte bei der Buchungsbestätigung darauf hingewiesen werden können das die zimmerkarte über einen Code am Hotel übergeben wird. Vor verschlossener Tür gestanden, angerufen , Zimmerkarte erhalten.

Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist in der Woche ein großes Problem.
Eine Klobürste im Bad wäre schön gewesen.

Super nettes, aufmerksames und zuvorkommender Service, leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Nichts (ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre gut gewesen, lag aber vielleicht auch an meiner Zimmerauswahl - Weiß ich nicht mehr)

Sauber und modern

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation am Hotel: Parkplätze kaum vorhanden und fast unmöglich zu finden, wir wurden telefonisch dahin geleitet. Eine Wegbeschreibung dazu wäre vorteilhaft gewesen.
