Warm and Cozy
Pros:

Grand Gold Hotel offers a simple and comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, and the overall experience is pleasant. A sea-facing room, along with the clean surroundings and friendly staff, made the stay enjoyable.

The rooftop pool and bar are usually quiet, which we actually liked, and the lady behind the bar makes excellent cocktails.

The only downside was the breakfast buffet. While the spread is quite large, most of the food was served cold. The sausages, bacon, fries, and other items were often at room temperature. Even the omelets were prepared in batches and left aside instead of being served fresh and hot.

Overall, we had a comfortable stay and may return in the future. However, I would kindly request the General Manager to look into the breakfast service and ensure hot food is served to guests.

Mesmerizing Grand Gold
Pros:

The hospitality and rooms are very good. Beach and lady buddha statue view from room, if taken sea view room is excellent. I would surely suggest this hotel for family. Food spread, particularly, VEGAN is good.

Un employé est entré dans notre chambre à 6h du matin en poussant un panneau de séparation accidentellement.

Impossible de prendre du déjeuner au buffet pour ma conjointe malade au lit .

Mauvaise isolation phonique laissé sans chambre pendant 5h après avoir demandé un changement de chambre car voisins très bruyants .

Pros:

It’s the quieter side of the beachfront. The view is also gorgeous. The rooftop pool is amazing.

Cons:

I had a junior seaview suite. There is no shower curtain/partition so the water splashes everywhere in the bathroom.
It also gets extremely hot in the breakfast area even though the AC is on.

For the price it was solid.🙏🏽
Pros:

The view in our rooms were very great!
Same with the sky view.

Cons:

You can definitely tell that the hotel is quite outdated.
The exterior facade is no longer very appealing.
The furniture in our room is also somewhat yellowed and has visible cracks.

In addition, the rooms are very, very poorly soundproofed. Furthermore was the breakfast okay.

Pros:

staff kindness and very professional and helpful , hallways and entrance always clean and smells nice , the breakfast menu was always fresh and re-filled , the room service was excellent

Cons:

1- spa prices were expensive compared to other .
2- restaurant needs better AC was bit too hot.
3- the entry stairs from stairs needs handrails at least in the middle.
