Pros:

They were so kind to me, they answered all my questions and I felt good because there were specific rooms just for women. I liked the showers and the cafeteria. I also liked the location because it is very close to a metro station.

Cons:

They should add doors to each capsule so everyone can have more privacy. They should also improve the balcony, fix it up to make it look nicer, and the chairs as well.

Relatively a pleasant stay at good location next to metro station
Pros:

Location is good, just round the corner of Green Line Metro Exit. Staff was helpful. Noisy floor boards because some people seem to walk with heavy footsteps.
No proper grocery shop around unless you walk 1 ½ Blocks down from McD to Trader Joe. Crazy Google Map will direct you on a wild goose chase for a 350 ft distance so don’t use it to get there.
Nice to be given individual key code for Main Door and Room. Can make own passcode for Locker so no physical key required.
However, hostel does not really have a proper kitchen. Lacking basic kitchen things that travelers expect as there are no kettles, no toasters or utensils to use. No plates and no proper cups (but little paper cups available at the cafe)
The microwave was put high up on top of a tall Fridge so there is a risk of hot spill/scald when taking out hot liquid/soup.
Capsule outlets for charging phones at Female Capsule 38 (R00m 302) still not repaired despite reading about it prior to booking my stay.

Cons:

No proper kitchen to make a meal or make own breakfast. Things that either not made available or are out of order.

Pros:

The location is very good in a vibrant neighbourhood 1 minute to a metro station which makes traveling across the town easy. I booked the private room and i can say i enjoy my stay there it was my second time and i will gladly stay there next time!

Does what it promises, great staff, fantastic location, but frustrating in some ways
Pros:

Location is exceptional, great neighborhood. The overall hostel experience was fine: you have a bed, and there are showers. Staff is friendly and detail-oriented.

Cons:

The facilities were my biggest issue here. I stayed in a pod so I don't know what the bunk bed rooms are like, but please be aware there are NO power outlets in the pod, only 2 USB plug-ins (and luckily I found one wall outlet on the other side of the room): not great for the age of USB-C. The counter offers portable chargers to take into your pod instead. One of the pod's hooks was pulled almost completely out of the wall and unusable. The lockers are only big enough for a medium-sized backpack.
Having the entire check in and room access run by an app was a little frustrating: even just checking in became very complicated, time-consuming, and often confusing, but the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly, accommodating and inclusive to people with disabilities and actually live up to their values. Very professional and I highly recommend it!

Nicely located, good value.
Pros:

The capsules were nice, clean and comfortable. The charging port in my capsule was not working so I left my phone with reception to charge in their charging bank. I liked that the hotel was an easy walk to a subway station which got me downtown quickly.

Cons:

Other than the charging port, nothing comes to mind.
