Muy buena atención

Lovely little hotel. Close to the market. Very helpful staff who organized a driver to take us to the Cuicocha Lake, and pick us up after the hike. We struggled to find a bus to Latacunga but, again, the receptionist was very helpful in contacting the bus company. Luis took us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Great service.

They tried to give us a single bed, when we had booked for a couple. The pictures they have posted is nothing like the property. No TV, $5 per night for parking when they list parking on property. This is for budget backpackers, not a hotel.

Jolie hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel est très amical, c’est propre, il y a 4 choix de petits déjeuner c’était très bien. Ça a été très facile de trouver du stationnement

Staying at Dona Esther was a wonderful experience. The rooms are charming, clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a feeling of happiness and warmth among the staff. The courtyard and the restaurant are pretty and cozy. Our food was excellent.

We spent one night here but it was very comfortable, homely, and the staff were super helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

A very pretty hotel in a quiet location near the main square. Lucy and Wendy were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, great quality for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Doña Esther was lovely. I requested a quiet room and had a great night’s sleep. The bed was comfy and, although the weather was a bit chilly in the evening, they provided a thick extra blanket for the bed, so I was plenty warm enough to sleep.

The shower had lots of lovely warm water and internet was reliable. Even better, the on-site restaurant was brilliant. Breakfast was lovely but the evening meal even better. Really delicious food. I would definitely stay again.

Great staff, very helpful with check in process and helping with arranging a taxi driver to take us on 4 hour adventure of places around town we would never have found on our own. The restaurant serves wonderful meals. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in Ecuador as an included breakfast. The rooms facing the street can be a little noise, but we were so tired it didn't really bother us. The terrace was great for late afternoon relaxing and visiting.

We love this place! Wonderful shower, great staff, food is delicious and centrally located. We came once and returned within 2 weeks. Really like it here!

This place is a true hidden gem. It has a beautiful courtyard, delicious food, and wonderful staff. The rooms are very clean and have antique locks and keys. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The restaurant has a brick oven and great food. I will definitely return.
