A lovely break including a day at the pleasure beach
Pros:

A warm and friendly welcome on Arrival, Room was clean and tidy and there is a nice outside space at the rear to sit and have a drink from the bar

Pros:

Breakfast was probably the best thing here, and the staff in the dining room were lovely and cheery.

Cons:

I wasn't made aware at any time the hotel was not in any was disabled friendly. Both my daughter and I have problems that made getting up 2/3 flights of stairs agony and a nightmare.

Staff were amazing, great location
Pros:

Great location, nice quiet street, really close to main attractions. The staff were the highlight of our stay, so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and as a single mum travelling with my children, I felt very safe and looked after.
Breakfast was very tasty, plenty on offer, even oat milk which was a bonus

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small, but not a major issue for a 2 night stay
