When booking 2 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Please note that all services related to the Wellness & SPA center such as: (massages, use of the swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, etc.) are subject to reservation and payment, minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to access them. Our SPA is for individual and exclusive use. For each person entering we will provide a SPA kit which includes: 1 bathrobe, 1 large towel, 1 cap and 1 pair of flip-flops; so the only thing you need to bring with you is a swimsuit.

Access to our Private SPA is not included in the room rate. The service is available upon reservation with the following packages reserved for our guests:

Silver Package – 1 hour: €40 (up to 2 people) | Extra person: €10

Gold Package – 2 hours: €60 (up to 2 people) | Extra person: €20

Platinum Package – 3 hours: €80 (up to 2 people) | Extra person: €25 – includes a bottle of Prosecco or Moscato.

Non-hotel guests may access at different rates.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

i have had problems with this hotel

first when I did my reservation on booking it was possible to see the photos from the swimming pool , the description of spa and swimming pool as if there was a pool and spa easy available

second I made my reservation booking and I paid



Third when I went to hotel i paid my 2 nights, when I asked  for the Spa and the swimming pool the hotel told me that today and tomorrow was fully booked from 9 to eleven PM, not possible access to the spa and the swing pool. Very disappointing and false info


Forth so I had a conversation with the General Manager of the hotel, he was rude and very aggressive, I even felt in danger, I almost wanted to call the police


This hotel is not at international rules, the hall is small, the manager also complained about the luggage of another person, strange attitude, the elevateur is for one person with no laguage, the breakfast room is very small this morning people are waiting for breakfast...


So I decided to leave and not spend the second night even if paid.


I have made another resa on booking with an international standard hotel


I want that this hotel should reimburse the second night for many reasons :


1-not 4 stars sdt


2-manager agressive, felt in danger 


3-false info on spa and pool


4-spa and pool not available, fully booked, but maybe stop for sanitary reasons ?


The purpose is not to use booking and being in danger, this is not acceptable


Please find photos showing that spa and pool are available on booking before payment with no restrictions

Agréable et bien placé
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, métro, bus, on peut facilement aller à pieds à la fontaine Trevi, à la piazza di Spagna, à la piazza Venetia. Quartier agréable
Chambre propre, confortable, machine à café, bouilloire, frigo

מיקום מצוין, צוות אדיב, החדרים נוחים והחלונות העגולים חמודים מאוד

Cons:

המזגן מרעיש. בחדר הראשון הוא גם לא חימם, ובלילה הראשון היה לנו קר מאוד. למחרת החליפו לנו חדר, המזגן הרעיש פחות אבל עדיין הפריע לישון. החדר שקיבלנו היה קטן יותר ולמרות ששילמנו על גדול, יותר לא הסכימו לזכות אותנו על ההפרש.

הדבר היחיד זה המעלית שלאור העובדה שהיא ממש קטנה לא נעים להשתמש בה. זה אפשרי אבל אנחנו השתמשהו רק במדרגות

Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique et de bon conseil.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.
L'hôtel est à proximité du métro et de la fontaine. Ose sent en sécurité dans les rues avoisinantes.
Le summum du séjour : le spa privatif.
