I have stayed at the property and it is warm and comfortable

Very well priced, lovely clean rooms, comfy beds, fantastic on-site facilities and great staff.
The food/restaurant was a little underwhelming for the price, but can’t be too mad at this as it is the way of the world at the moment, I can imagine the produce/staff isn’t cheap.
Location was great. Bus stop outside with regular buses. Gym was very good and pool ok
Breakfast disappointing. Unable to watch tv in the room as it was on a side wall instead of opposite the bed.
Very nice, we arrived nearly an hour early and they let us check in
The leisure centre is great, as was the breakfast
The room was spacious, good size bathroom plenty of hot water, a little warm but a fan was provided, Breakfast was very good, self service with plenty of choice, evening meal very nice but a bit pricey, a short walk along the river to the town and sports venues, although on a main Rd very quiet.

Our room was so far from the lobby it was a maze of over a minute and a half just to walk there
Hotel was on a main road - though traffic couldn’t be heard - bus stops outside to take you into town and a short walk across the road to the river - it was picturesque . Friendly welcoming staff- and a nice menu for dinner - comfortable seating throughout.

Jacuzzi was out of order on the Saturday morning
Swift and easy check-in, comfortable bed with a decent shower, everything was clean with plenty of storage space for clothes.Decent shower. The food in the hotel was good and not overpriced. I would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t service the room on the second day, despite putting the request hanger on the door. Not great for the price of the rooms.
Breakfast is poor quality now, and a shadow of its former self.
Number of staff appear less - especially at breakfast, just one member of staff on both days.
