Warm greeting at reception. Free parking. Very convenient for Trent Bridge.
Room a little small although fine.
Most of the staff were happy and helpful, ( evening staff ). there was a nice spa to chill out in and a bar and restaurant with good food. Great location for us as the daughter lives just down the road.
Some of the staff were miserable, (morning staff ). it was a hot day so the rooms were very hot (no air conditioning) but did provide us with a fan which did help but still was too hot.
Location is great for the cricket
Nothing really. The only thing is very slight. I don’t drink caffeine so alternate teabags in the room would be nice.
Very comfortable bed
Cannot say, did not have a chance to explore was only there overnight
Breakfast was okay, but I would have liked fresh fruit rather than just fruit salad
The room did not have air conditioning. There was a fan but it couldn't compete with the effect of hot water pipes under the floor and the 30 degrees hot air coming in through the windows. Also, the duvet seemed far too heavy given that there was a hot weather health alert during my stay.
Very good breakfast. The fan in the room was appreciated as it was very hot!
Public areas had air conditioning but not the bedrooms.
Gym and pool
Small room, understand that it's hot weather, had fan in room blowing hot air around, window open but all you could hear through the night was the air con unit outside window
I could use the swimming pool
Clean, good breakfast, convenient. Easy to find. Parking on site. Nice towels and shower. Quiet.
Location was good for what I needed
Room was extremely hot, fan on constant throughout and temperature was still extreme!
Plumbing was not brilliant, shower tray had no grips and was so dangerously slippery (I don’t think a warning in the leaflet is enough) there was nothing in the bathroom itself to warn you

De serveerster Lauren was heel vriendelijk en aangenaam . Het eten in het restaurant was lekker.
Als ik het raam opende kwam er riool geur naar binnen . Er was geen borstel voor het toilet. De spa uren zijn niet echt ok, sluiten om 8.30 vind k ik wat vroeg. Fruitsla bij het ontbijt : 90% is appel, de rest van het fruit moet je zoeken.
