Bright, spacious hotel
Pros:

Very pleasant staff. Lovely room.

Room cleaning was missed on the Sunday. No real problem.

Pleasant stay, just a couple of issues I would have rather not had.
Pros:

Excellent location, great staff

Cons:

Our room key didn’t work and took time to sort out, toilet wouldn’t flush and sink wouldn’t drain, for the price we paid I would expect better

Pros:

The hotel looked really nice and the pool and leisure facilities were really good.

Cons:

The evening meal wasn't nice at all, nobody came over and asked how the food was or asked if we wanted any more drinks.

When we tried to go to sleep, our room backed onto another part of the hotel, which had lights on all night that shone through our curtains, and we didn't sleep well at all.

We are due to stay again in August, and I'm undecided whether to book elsewhere.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Proximity to Forest ground and parking facility. Friendly welcome generally.

Cons:

My room was above the kitchen I think and it was hot even though I turned the heat in the room down and opened the window. Of course having the window open during the night meant I could hear a generator.
Also wasn’t keen on the bar doing last orders before 11pm when we didnt get back from the match until 10.30.
