The noise from the kitchen extractor OMG!!!!!
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and plentiful especially the breakfast.
That we weren't staying longer
All the staff were helpful and patient with requests.
The standard double room was a little claustrophobic and tight for space. M
Self service at breakfast, good menu at breakfast. We had a room at the back so it was quiet. Last time we had road noise all night at the front.
The king room was a good choice although there’s still not much room to pass each other at the bottom of the bed!

Just it needs to be clearer that the bar restaurant is also where the hotel is I didn’t see the hotel sign only the bar and had to go in to ask if the hotel was there too
Breakfast nice, gym quiet
Wifi not great.* No where to put things in bathroom or room so felt cramped-need some kind of surface to put things on. Faulty kettle.

Spa changing facilities-broken shower and no stalls with somewhere to put your stuff.
Guys diving and bombing in the pool, shouting - not hotels fault but it wasn't nice.

Breakfast and staff amazing, Lauren was amazing, very professional and really friendly. Hats off to her and also the Breakfast chef was really great ,sorry didn't get his name.
On the evening Dan young bar man from uni was fantastic. Also reception team were fantastic. Lovely gentleman working nights aswell. 5 star service, well done to the whole team.
