Gutes verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Innenstadt-Hotel.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und steht den Gästen mit Rat und Hilfe zur Seite.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, besonders für diese günstige Preisklasse. Die Matratzen waren sehr breit und bequem, es gab kein Knarren oder Quietschen. so dass wir, obwohl mitten in Mannheims Innenstadt, auch mit Hilfe von Oropax, wunderbar schlafen konnten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Wer mehr braucht, muss halt mehr ausgeben.
Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

Lage nahe vom Bahnhof, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Es war sehr kalt (Heizung defekt), Frühstück war nicht besonders (schlechte/wenig Brotauswahl, keine Kaffeesahne, der Saal ungemütlich und es zog überall rein).
Zimmer: es roch eigenartig, war lärmig (Fenster konnte nicht offen gelassen werden über Nacht), im Bad roch es nach Urin, Spülung funktionierte nicht gut, Möbel sehr alt.

Für eine Nacht tauglich.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse einzugehen. Die Lage, zentrumsnah und die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist sehr schön. Frühstücksauswahl war gut.

Cons:

Von zwei Rollläden hat sich nur einer öffnen lassen, es konnte nur ein Fenster auf Kipp gestellt werden. Leider hat am Bettrahmen auf der ganzen läng die Kunstlederbeschichtung abgelassen.

Für einen Aufenthalt für ein Wochenende sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service.

Gute Lage nahe Bahnhof und Innenstadt, Restaurants in der Nähe, Frühstück hat sehr gute Auswahl. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das sehr gut auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingeht.
