Pros:

Otel gayet temiz; çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcı; kahvaltı gayet doyurucu ve güzel. Mardin Nusaybin'e bir daha gelmemiz gerekirse kesinlikle Kasr-ı Sercehan Oteli'ni tercih edeceğiz. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.
