O café da manhã era bom e a limpeza impecável, a moça da limpeza muito cordial, educada e muito prestativa, no ultimo dia da minha estadia, como a voltei antes do esperado não tinha toalha, porém ela informou que quando eu voltasse do almoço ela deixaria pra mim na recepção, fui e peguei lá, só o funcionário que nunca tinha visto da recepção que informou que era uma toalha por quarto quando todos os dias era uma toalha por pessoa, além de estar faltando toalha de rosto e o pano de chão do banheiro, ele não me ajudou em nada, fui até a moça da limpeza que prontamente me forneceu tudo.

Cons:

Eles pegarem a chave do meu quarto no último dia, inventarem regras no meio da minha estadia, além do ar condicionado péssimo que o quarto estava quente e o ar condicionado ligado no 16°C

Cumpre seu papel de uma acomodação econômica e limpa.

Cons:

Me deixaram aguardando até o último minuto para fazer o checkin, sei que não é obrigação do hotel me receber antes, mas não custa a gentileza já que o quarto está pronto.
