Pros:

Definitivamente, lo mejor de la propiedad es el spa: es espectacular y el servicio es absolutamente magnífico. También quiero destacar como un gran acierto la presencia del restaurante Zibu, donde la cocina fue extraordinaria y el servicio, excelente.

Cons:

Fue muy difícil contactar a la propiedad para coordinar servicios con el concierge previo a mi estancia lo que complicó bastante hacer planes con anticipación. Además, el baño (WC) tenía un olor persistente y muy desagradable, tipo migitorio, que no se solucionó pese a haberlo reportado y a la supuesta intervención de mantenimiento. Este tipo de situaciones resultan inaceptables. Por último, el servicio en general podría mejorar.

A Beautiful Hotel But Too Many Parties
Pros:

The entire hotel compound was huge and very beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. The staff was mostly friendly.

Cons:

Hosting weddings and events seems a major business for this hotel. This is very unfortunate for the guests who want peace and rest at night like us. During our four-night stay, there was a wedding party on the 1st night and another event on the fourth. The wedding party was right underneath our window and lasted till 1 am. It was too loud to rest let alone sleeping so we had to move to a different room late at night. The room was quiet, but dark, cold and with horrible faucets which splashing water all over us, one of the faucets didn't have hot water. It was worse than our room but we didn't have a choice since we wanted to rest and sleep. We were able to move back to our original room on the 2nd day and had enjoyed two peaceful nights in our comfortable room without any party noise. Then there was another party on 4th night and its loudspeaker didn't end until 11:30pm，then the cleanup noise continued well after midnight. The noise of the event speaker started again the next morning around 7am. After spending 550+ USD per night, we are very unhappy with the whole experience.

Disappointing.
Pros:

My husband could not navigate the stairs. We had to book another hotel and could not get a refund for any days and they had no rooms of the quality and size I had booked that did not involve several flights of stairs. No elevator.

Muy buen hotel, bonito y bien ubicado
Pros:

Al llegar hubo una persona que nos recibio el auto y se preocupo por que estuviera todo bien, era la persona que desde que te bajas al hotel te recibe y es muy amable y atento.

Las instalaciones son bonitas y nuevas.


Fueron atentos al resolvernos un olvido

La persona que nos recibio en el check in a eso de las 11:30 pm fue poco amable y parecia fastidiada quiza es comun que si no eres gringo la cara le cambia, inclusive nos asigno una habitacion que no parecia la mejor pues estaba muy sofocante entre calor y humedad.

Nos habian comentado que el horario del restaurante era hasta las 12:30 pm, acudimos a las 12:15 pm pero ya no quisieron ofrecernos el servicio

El aire acondicionado de la habitacion parece no funcionar de forma adecuada pero decidimos quedarnos ahi por que ya era muy tarde y solo llegamos a dormir.

Empiezan a tocar desde las 9 am para preguntar por servicio de limpieza.

Pros:

El hotel y la ubicación son maravillosos. El desayuno pese al alto costo de la habitación no estaba incluido, por lo que no puedo valorarlo.

Cons:

El costo de la habitación es considerablemente alto. Entonces uno espera más de la relación precio producto.
La caja de seguridad no tenía batería cuando llegamos a la habitación.  No dejaron secador de pelo, lo comentamos en recepción, nos dijeron que nos fijáramos bien y efectivamente no había.   Tuvimos que llamar y pedirlo.
Tuvimos que solicitar que nos reabastezcan las cápsulas de café porque no lo habían hecho.
En un hotel como estos uno espera que haya servicio de apertura de cama.
Y por último había una boda que se escuchaba mucho en la habitación.   Teníamos que levantarnos 5:30 a.m. porque nos teníamos que ir.   A las 22:58 llamamos para consultar cuando terminaría y nos dijeron que a las 23:00, pasadas las 24:00 seguía sonando la música. Por la boda algunos de los lugares de comida no funcionaban y cuando quisimos reservar (on line porque estábamos fuera) en un par no nos dejó, sin embargo al llegar al hotel había mesas disponibles.

Great staff, but so much room for improvement!
Pros:

Super friendly staff, great breakfast, SPA experience was great.

Cons:

Room cleaning could do a better job (eg forgot to bring new towels, refill water, etc). The view from my room was straight to a dixi toilet on an abandoned construction site, despite the fact that there were enough rooms available. Bath tub without hot water. Considering the high standard you would expect from a hotel like this one, it unfortunately did not do too well.
